Muddy Waters Heating and Cooling
This week (Feb 22, 2023), of all weeks my furnace decided to quit on me. I got a referral from a friend to call Muddy Waters Heating and Cooling. From the time I noticed the temperature in my house drop, to the time I reached out, Jarrett was at my house in less than 3 hours. He fit me into his already busy morning, thankfully. Upon inspection, it was determined that my furnace wasn't operating correctly, and it needed major repairs. I was given all my options, without any pressure, upsell or BS. Muddy Waters Heating and Cooling
We recently moved into a new home and discovered that there was an issue with the venting of the gas water heater. Other companies quoted us on an expensive water heater replacement or complicated fan installment. We were hoping for a work around because the water heater is almost brand new. We heard about Jarrett through a family friend. I called him on a Sunday night not expecting to get a response until Monday- he called back almost immediately. Within a few days he had given an extremely reasonable quote for installing a fresh air intake vent that would not only solve the venting issue- but could also be converted to something useful when we finally do change out the gas water heater for an electric one. His quotes for installing a whole new system were also much more reasonable than the bigger companies we'd had come by. He coordinated with another contractor and had the work done within days. Even more important to us than the prices being better than the competitors- Jarrett took the time to explain everything that was wrong and what needed to be done before he did it. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated efficiently and effectively. He showed up on time, completed the whole job in less than 2 hours, and cleaned everything up so we would not even know he had been there. We will be using his company for all our heating/cooling/hvac needs going forward. Thank you for making our home safe again and thank you for giving such amazing customer service!

Really great experience all around! I was having issues with my furnaces at a rental property during a cold snap and called anticipating to have to wait days. Jarrett was able to book me in and come down that afternoon and look at the situation. I ended up replacing both furnaces and he was able to come and change them out in one day. He was professional, showed up when he said he would and had everything done faster than anticipated. His prices were very reasonable and he left the furnace room in better order than he left it. He was very knowledgeable and personable and made the whole ordeal of having to change out two furnaces alot more bearable as a home owner. I will be using him from here on out for my business and home HVAC issues. Thank you!

Had problems with our air conditioner, 2 weeks ago. Called Jarrett in the morning, was out in the afternoon. He was able to replace our air conditioner within 2 weeks. He is very knowledgeable of his services. Would highly recommend him.

We hired Muddy Waters to install a gas line for my gas stove. The response time from initial contact to coming to provide an estimate was very quick. The quote was detailed and clear, we were also provided details of the type of stove to buy that would best suit our needs as well as meet the needs of the install requirements. On install day Muddy Waters was punctual, prepared, and organized. The crew was prepared with a shop vac and cleaned the mess that comes with the install. I would give Muddy Waters a 5 star review and high recommendations. Great Work!
