Saugeen District Senior School

When I went to this school for my freshman year, I completed it and was traumatized throughout my summer break. Firstly, In my last quadmester during online school I had a question about science. Simple stuff right? No. Instead of the teacher answering my question I was told to ask a neighbor. Like bro I'm at home? Do you want me to go door to door asking people if they know about the mitochondria? Secondly, grade 9 English was a crime scene. Even though I never listened or did any of the work the teacher gave me I didn't deserve to barely pass. I expected upwards of 90% for effort. Btw if you're reading this English teacher I'm using the grammar YOU taught me. This is proof that I didn't deserve that mark. My English essay was something an angel himself could have written and dropped right into my lap. It was something I poured my heart into and you broke my heart.

It's a good school

The school is amazing for its size and the size of the town. It can be considered one of the central hubs. It was recently renovated in 2016. The teachers here are exempt nice. SDSS also excels in many sports like volleyball where they have become perennial OFSAA competitors.

It a good school but some of the teachers can be mean

terrible school, I went here for 6 months because I switched here from St.Mary's in my 2-12 year and it was the worst decision of my life. St. Mary's was a million times better. the guidance consulars Mrs. Dolphin and Mrs. Dunlop did not let me certain classes because i didn't have a pre req. Which did not make sense I don't know why some one would need a pre req to take gardening. At St. Mary's the guidance consolers would let you take any course that would benefit a student and there future uni requirements. Mrs. Dolphin was also very rude, when i first came to her and told her i wanted to maybe stay one more semester of my 2-12 year she said to me ''why, why don't you just leave already, you don't need another semester'' Then when I got into my acceptance letter into university I told her I was going to drop out. And she then told me ' what is your problem

Sent my son here and he came back home with 6 fingers on his left hand.
