The restaurant doesnt seem to be too bad. Typically not too long of a wait time here. Out of the 2 A&W restaurants in Slave Lake, this would be my preference. The facility also houses a Dominos Pizza, as well as a Petro-Canada store.As far as cleanliness goes, this place would receive a negative rating for the condition of the restrooms here.... they are disgusting to say the least...

Had a few coupons for combos. Told the lady that my kids don't drink pop. She said that I could get apple or orange juice. I asked her if it was part of the combo and she replied that yes it was. Ended up charging me $2.80 for each apple juice. Pointed out that if I ask about it being part of the combo there shouldn't have been an extra charge for it. Might have been a communication problem because I can't see how an apple juice from a machine could be almost $3 more than a pop. She just replied sorry for that" and made me pay anyways. Should have just ordered the soda and chucked it out. Totally not impressed."

Stopped here on our way too a work camp the other night, not a bad dinning environment but it was definitely not worth the 9.5 hours I spent hugging the toilet with severe food poisoning in camp while also having to work the next day, only visit this restaurant if you don't mind raw beef poor service and severe food poisoning.
