Dave was very helpful with finding the perfect shoes, even though the store was busy with people setting up for the race they were hosting in front of the store in a few hours.

I had a truly wonderful experience shopping at Runners Life! I went in to buy a pair of shoes and was excited when the staff asked me to step on the treadmill to determine my needs. They then handpicked the perfect shoes based on my gait, posture, and shape of foot!It was really great to step into a store with highly technical gear with an approachable staff who is knowledgeable and kind. It can be overwhelming purchasing sports gear and it is also expensive. It was well worth the cost and I look forward to going back for my other running needs!Thank you!

I always try to shop local and have spent a ton of money here. I've ordered in a garmin fenix, bought aftershokz, countless pairs of shoes and spent hundreds on winter running gear. My husband bought me a pair of shoes for Christmas but took them back to return them because I ended up purchasing a pair before Christmas. This is the first return I've ever had there. My husband was pretty upset about the experience. He went in with our toddler and when a customer came in after him, he was dismissed and told the owner would e transfer him the refund later and he could just leave because he was going to help the other people first (despite them saying they were happy to wait their turn). It left my husband in an awkward spot leaving both the shoes and receipt there and just hoping to receive an e transfer (which was sent a few hours later) because he didn't want to wait with out toddler in tow. He said he felt like he was being treated like a second rate customer because he was in there with a return.Needless to say, they've lost a loyal customer with that service.

Nothing bad to say about the shoes" if you can manage to get them
