I was happy to find an appointment with Sumi at the very last minute. She was kind, understanding, calming and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have her work on me. I was in a very bad way and she brought me back to tolerable with one visit!

Fantastic! From acupuncture and cupping, to massage and hot bamboo rolling sticks Sumi is a pro. She asks questions, offers advice and pampers you. Time to book some more appointments with their super convenient online booking system!

I see both Nicole (massage) and Sumi (accupunture) and they are both such fantastic practioners and healers; we are very lucky to have them in Shawnigan Lake. Everyone in the office is very kind and friendly, I highly recommend Integral Health.
