Pizza Hut Hamilton
I used to love pizza hut...back in the 90s. I just spent $30 on delivery, and it came cold and the driver put it on the dirty floor as I opened the door. I called to complain and she told me they partner with Uber. Well...that's a bad mistake isn't it?... and to think I pre paid and pre tipped. Never again.

Ordered online pre paid for delivery. Less that a minute after paying a receive a call telling me no one is there to deliver it and it'll be 4days or so for refund bye. Thanks so much!! Officially will never order or eat for them ever again! Deleting the apt! And I hope people are aware that the will do this.

Ordered some Pizza Hut for the first time in years because we wanted stuff crust pizza, and there’s nowhere better to get stuffed crust than Pizza Hit, right? Wrong.Ordered a large with pepperoni, double mushroom, double onions on half. The pizza arrived with no pepperoni, barely any mushrooms, and maybe an OK amount of onion. Even worse, it arrived cold and nasty.The entire order, including bread sticks, was $40+, but i figured, “why not pay a bit extra, it’s premium”. How wrong I was. Will never order Pizza Hut again, better to stick to the non-franchised small places.

Not trusting this place anymore. Every time there is something with my order, last time I called and wasn’t treated very well. They don’t take complaints very well, it hurts employees egos very much.Oh well, too bad, there are more pizzerias in Hamilton.

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy pizza. One of my favourite pizza joints around town. The food is served quickly and for the quality it’s very reasonable. Friendly and attentive staff, they seem to really want to please their customers! Highly recommended.

Ordered the Grilled Chicken Aribiatta.Hardly any chicken, skimpy on the cheese. Pizza was Luke warm. I find there prices are pretty high for low quality. Pizza Hut has gone downhill, used to be a favourite.

I am not sure what kind of training employees and management have with customer service. Super rude, showing an attitude right away when confronted with the matter. Horrible horrible horrible. I honestly had lost trust and wanting to go out because of people we encounter like this everywhere we go just to eat or to do simple errands. It is surprising how every employee is mad, sad or always have something to say.I worked many years in customer service and this is not how to welcome people to you or resolve a problem when it shows up. I stated at the beginning to avoid attitude that I didn’t want a refund, just wanted to let them know it shows how pizza arrived and it wasn’t a matter of size as she stated medium pizzas have had size reduced, they were smaller now, and still having attitude with a hung up the phone in my face. Thank you for this lesson, you still didn’t screwup with my family dinner. I just choose from now on to never get anything from here again. I’ll just get someone else for our “Pizza day”. I hope you all have a great day! :)(King street location, Hamilton, Canada)

Not sure why rating is so low. We ordered it and pizza was fresh, dough was soft and crispy. Dough is similar to French baguette. Whoever likes flavor I recommend to try arrabita pizza. Yummy!
