If I could give zero stars I would. They harassed me and my fiance, entered my unit multiple times without any emergency or notice other than leaving me a voicemail while they knew I was out at work and unavailable, the paint started peeling and bubbling off the walls within less than a month of moving in, no fans, horrible bug infestations, no fire exit other than a breakthrough panel in a neighbours door (secure for them and their possesions), and the kicker was when I finished moving out and had cleaned the unit, they informed me I wouldn't recieve my damage deposit back due to a dirty hand print on the fridge and some dirt on the floors from my movers.Also you skeezy man, do not attempt to sound professional and make excuses to me like you have for every recent review, which I fully believe every word of - do not be fooled by this weirdo's front!

Where to start with these slimy, crooked, asshats.1) You're not going to get a month-to-month lease after your first agreement.2) After they make you sign another lease and you cannot fulfil it due to their constant bombardment of your personal space, you will be denied (illegally) an opportunity to sub-let or assign your lease.3) Once you hand over to them a tenant in order to mitigate the $450 liquidation fee that you will pay because you had no choice but to end your agreement, they will accept that tenant and also try to charge you the entire cost for liquidation4) When you move out early to let your friend move in early, they will try and charge her for moving in early- even though you have paid till the end of the month5) When you've had enough of their slimy, duplicitous nature and refuse to pay the liquidation costs because it doesn't feel right that you were refused a sublet, and your friend was accepted as the tenant with no money lost in rent, you will be taken to arbitration.6) You will go to arbitration, even though they are trying to bargain with you because nobody wants to go to arbitration"7) And finally

Whoever the folks are that wrote these reviews must be pretty lousy tenants! Chris and his crew are top notch. If you mind a property manager coming by to check on the property...what are you up to ?!? If you're not hiding anything....what do you care? They're checking on the owners investment dummy. Bradshaw has done tonnes extra to help me out over the years. They did pretty much everything for me when I had my legs broken in a hiking accident, took care of trees on the property that I didn't have the equipment to deal with, they even kept an eye on my place while I was travelling for the entire winter. They do way more than they have to do. If your a good tenant who pays on time and values people's efforts, go with Bradshaw. If you're a bum or a looser it might be better to rent elsewhere. I've been renting from Bradshaw for years and they've been awesome.

I have rented from these folks for over 15 years. Their rents are very reasonable. Any issue there has been, has been resolved, they have have always been very accommodating and very much willing to work and find a solution. They have allowed me to treat my rental unit as a home. For that I am very grateful.

We would never consider renting from Bradshaw Property Management again, they were not considerate of tenant privacy and did not follow BC tenancy rules. When a problem arose they would mysteriously be unreachable at their office, but don't worry, they're just screening your calls - go knock on the office door.Want to be reminded to mow and water the lawn every day in the summer? Landlord dropping in twice daily to show the unit for 15 consecutive days? Consider THEM!Also, we shared laundry with the other tenants in the unit, the agreement was we all put coins in the machine and Bradshaw would pay me bi-monthly as I was paying the Hydro bill. Without multiple reminders this money owed to Bradshaw me was always conveniently forgotten, when he came to collect the money he would make sure to sneak in unannounced so he could count it without us present. Very unprofessional, borderline illegal activities.Avoid at all costs - not worth your troubleVictoria B.C.PS I dealt with Phil and Chris The managers"( The receptionist was nice)"
