Watkins & Argue Well Drilling

This company knows water and well drilling, the GO TO place for well drilling.

They don't return phone calls. My mother called twice and they never called back with information she asked for. I've called twice and left messages and haven't gotten any response. This is over a 3 month period.

Myself and a renter on my property have been waiting, without water for over a month to have a new well done, with no results. Poor customer service. No contact(phone call or email) for a week.

Watkins and argue told us four times they would be here and with no call to say “we won’t be making it today something came up” they never showed up, leaving us a family with livestock and two little boys without water for three weeks. They were very uncommunicative. They played the guessing game on where they thought water may be by test drilling four times in different spots in our yard costing us thousands extra and then in the end they ended up drilling 10 feet from our previous well… our original quote was 8500 and they ended up charging us 12900 in the end with no discussion. We voiced our frustrations to a few friends and word got back to Watkins about us being unhappy and we had them come back in a hostile way saying we posted all over social media about them (which we never did), super unprofessional manner. And to top it off they put a builders lean on our house before we even got the invoice. Please weigh all your options before choosing who to drill your well.. we wish we did.
