I needed a new light fixture. Went into Chateau, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I had a great experience. I had great help finding the right piece for the space and the showroom is laid out very nicely to be able to see all the different fixtures and all the furniture they also have available.

Chateau Lighting
Chateau Lighting was recommended to us by an employee at another store who could not meet our needs. We were very pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of items at Chateau Lighting. We were greeted by staff in a very polite manner when we entered -- no pressure sales here. Their selection of products, their knowledgeable staff and their prices were a welcome change from other stores we have been in. A special thanks to Crystal for sharing her expertise with us. We will definitely be back.

The staff, and selection of lighting, at Chateau is great! We went shopping for lighting unsure of what we were looking for, and the staff was there every step of the way ensuring each piece fit our criteria (price, design, amount of light etc). We will absolutely shop at Chateau again and are thrilled with our new lighting.

Great showroom! Prices for everyone.The most friendly staff!They have so many different types of products and services.Switching out a light for a renovation-usually have stock or will sell display if you are on a time constraint. Same with furniture.Ordering a few lights-staff check if suppliers have stock before ordering and keep you updated on arrival dates.Ordered a light and was informed 4-6 weeks. Had it in 3!!Impressed!!

Chateau Lighting
My wife and I stumbled into Chateau lighting and were pleasantly surprised on the variety of lighting options they had on display, we ended up purchasing multiple lights to refresh some of the rooms in our house and we were so pleased with the help of the sales staff we went back and did all of the outside lighting as well. Very good experience all round with, would highly recommend stopping by.

Lots of variety and choice for customers. Everything is laid out nicely in the showrooms, so it does not feel overwhelming. Customer service is great and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Kid friendly as well! All the lights that we have purchased were easy to install and have looked great in our home.

I ordered lighting for our home in Yellowknife from Chateau. The staff were amazing as we exchanged e-mails and pictures in order to firm up our choices. I recently had the opportunity to meet Sharla in Edmonton. I was so impressed with her taking the time to say hello and take me around the show room. Thanks so much Sharla. I have lighting and home decor from Chateau Lighting and have been sooo pleased with everything from there. The service is timely, helpful, and friendly. All of the products are beautiful and high-quality. The showroom is so fun to shop in. I will always buy my lights from Chateau and it is the first place I look when searching for furniture and home decor!
