done with this store, got shredded bone in their buns, hurt my gum. It’s been a week now, still hurt as hell, can’t eat anything properly. Bean curd is also tasteless

the worst service i have ever seen. one lady not sure she is ower or waitress. she is such a rude person. i was there by myself in a cold day. half of tables were available. i want to sit a lil bit far from door because of cold weather. and she said it is a table for 4 ppl. i said i know it but you still have 3 4ppl tables. she insist ask me sit at that single table. so i sit there. and ppl kept coming in for take-out food. then windchill just kept hitting in my face. i was really upset left without finish my food. i want to say it is such a shame for ppl run a business like that. i would like give a zero for the service

Can I give ZERO star?Owner really rude. The price is not transparent. They have two menu.Showing you one and on the wall there is another one. Prices are not the same.Also they force you to pay tips.Also they don't accept credit card.They are lying about their income to the Government of Canada and Canada Revenue Agency.I have already reported fraud to CRA.They need a thorough audit.强制小费，不接受信用卡支付逃税， 税务局应该查他们已举报。2021.09

Trying a different restaurant for lunch today. Our meals were tasty and cooked perfectly but, the portions (too small) for the price you pay. Good for a one time visit.

Have been a loyalty customer for five years. We know they don't have the best service but recently found out they get worse. Wiped the table front of you when you were still chatting. Make people feel uncomfortable. Didn't want to give us a spare spoon even we asked for it. Didn't inform us the bill include tips. Overall, don't try. They will piss u off.

Food was overpriced for the quality and amount we got. The meat in the bao was tough. Could have been better but the people working did not seem like they wanted to be there and gave us attitude for every item we ordered. I would not go again as there are so many other great options walking distance.
