I was referred to this clinic and doctor Jack a few months ago- because I was diagnosed with tendinitis and hematoma from past accident in my thigh and I could not do heavy lifting or any physical work, have been in chronic pain since March, visited the clinics and X-ray/ ultrasound places back and forth still haven’t found any solution or not gotten any treatment which would lead me to better results and no pain, the lady on the phone as a receptionist keeps yelling at me and received my phone call after trying to contact them for 4 weeks and turns out all this while I was given a requisition form for my hand ultrasound while we last discussed an MRI for my hip due to tendinitis/hematoma. I am so disappointed- I don’t have anything wrong with my hand- it was my hip and leg- 4 months later and I’m unable to walk or sit properly, can’t enjoy summer because I don’t have any insurance and they are not getting any money, I was told I need to consult a psycho therapist, perhaps they could help me with the pain which is all in my head!!! I was told that he would help ease the pain— show me some basic exercises but he did not, instead he repeated the same procedure that my family physician did which was not needed and talked about irrelevant things, but when I asked him to show me the exercises he refused and said it was complicated- now if I don’t have anything at all ‘according to him why was it complicated’?? The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Please don’t trust this doctor- he would make you feel worse and be little you and won’t validate your pain. All these degrees and certificates on the wall and can’t help a person in pain?

Terrible costumer service from receptionist to doctor. Not friendly at all and arrogant. Definitely not the place to go if your looking for a FAMILY doctor.

I was referred to the clinic approximately 12 years ago by our family doctor, and have been seeing Dr. Hakoun and the physiotherapists whenever necessary ever since. During this period I have referred my sons as well as other family and friends.We all agree that Dr. Hakoun is a great practitioner in that he is detail oriented, prudent and very caring.Nick, as well as the other physiotherapists are also fantastic in that they just want you to feel better as soon as possible, and they do not try to inundate you with tons of costly sessions.Overall this clinic is genuinely a caring place!

That clinic has nothing to do with stem cell therapy. Just making patient disappointed in that effective (cell Regeneration) treatment .They are badly using name of that treatment just for business needs, without any professional knowledge in that treatment.

Appalled at the rude woman who answered the phone today. She couldn't answer BASIC questions about the facilities and access related to a person with mobility issues....and such a terrible attitude. Even if they could accommodate our needs I wouldn't go there at after that --awful first impression, glad we were able to AVOID this place!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Didn’t even get to meet the doctor. Front desk lady named Melanie had set me up for an appointment and when I showed up, she denies that she made an appointment. She raises her voice when i simply tried to figure out what had happened. I ended up proving her wrong and had to ask for her apologies and she still gave me an attitude as I walked out of that clinic.

Dr. Jack Hakoun is very professional and knowledgeable. His sport clinic is one of the best if not the best I have ever seen. He knows ins and outs of sport medicine and staff are there to help you. I had Tennis elbow a few years back which was mistreated somewhere else but with only 5-6 sessions of physiotherapy my elbow improved and I could function normally again. It was worth driving midtown from uptown. Thanks a lot Dr. Hakoun and all staff for your great job and caring you show to your patients.

Dr. Hakoun is a amazing doctor. Hecares about his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. Melanie at the front counter was very kind to me on the phone and went above and beyond to help me when I was in a desperate situation. This is a great team!

Dr Hakoun is so efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like he really knew what he was doing and talking about.I didn't wait long before I was seen. The receptionist was really pleasant as well. And accommodating!It's so nice to have good meet establishments - it's rare, unfortunately!
