mr. Ginger was extremely disrespectful and rude. The rooms are very dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned in years.

Despite the fact that there is a huge labour shortage and no staff for the kitchen, Hardeep made traditional Indian food for me. The rooms and the beds are very clean. They had quickly addressed some noise concerns from other guests. There is obvious concern for their guests and their comfort. I would highly recommend staying here. When and if I come back to town, this will be my go to place.

Ordered catering from them. Found the lid of a soup can in the pot. Desert seems like it was just cake mix cupcakes.

Service with a smile... not only was the food home cooked and wonderful but the staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming, combined with the newly renovated and ultra clean guest rooms it was a pleasure to stay at the kettle Inn and suites. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Hardeep came back to the hotel to check me in when i arrived after usual closing hours and arranged for late supper to be made for me as well. She also allowed me a late check out the next day and when she realized i was walking to the airport,followed me out with her car ,picked me up, and drove me there. Very friendly service from her.
