If I could give a half a star I would. Poor service and poor customer service. My car went in for one repair and I took it home with a cracked windshield and in need of another repair. The service manager refused to take responsibilty for the damage. No one should use this dealer for their Chevy service needs.

Not only was the service quick and staff friendly, they provided a video of the service inspection so everything is transparent and you know exactly what needs to be fixed. This was our first time using this service center and it definitely will be our first choice for all future service needs for our truck.

Always trying to get every dollar out of you maintenance way to expensive to get work done even things not wrong with vehicle they said it’s needs fixing bring it somewhere else no issues????

They win the award for the worst service I've ever experienced. Had taken it in because engine light was on. They said sensor. Supposedly fixed it but in a very short time (hours) the light came back on. They wouldn't take any responsibility for it and said it was other sensors. Charged me 125.00 to tell me it was other sensors. I took it somewhere else to get it fixed and it was not the sensors. Extremely rude front end staff and the mechanic has an issue with women questioning his conclusions.
