We were referred to Paola at Ciot Mississauga for the tiles for building our new home. Paola was phenomenal! Loved her recommendations. Of all the things we had to buy for our house, the tiles were the easiest thanks to Paola.

What can I say.......if you need to buy tile, well this is it.Being a installer, I’v had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Mississauga Ciot many years now.From the service from the sales staff (Paula,Christine and Dominic). And Flavio the manager. They make sure that the service is top priority and top of its class. Great team!!!!Love new setup!!! If your shopping for tile. Love the service and product we received from Ciot(Mississauga). Paola was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with as we chose tiles for our new build. She was always quick to reply to emails and answer any questions that I may have had. She was a pleasure to work with!

First of all, within minutes of walking in, I found the tile for the upstairs bathroom that I had wanted for years, blue glass. I hadn't seen it anywhere else. Glass, yes. But in dreary gray. Joseph was immediately helpful and friendly. He was straightforward and knowledgeable. He helped us find a good choice for the floor and managed all subsequent steps with efficiency. He was simply great. Not quite finished yet, but thrilled with the tile. (Sorry, one is sideways.)
