Best Service and Support - Nichole(Travelance)I bought the policy for my parents who were on SuperVisa. The entire process for very seamless and Nichole from Travelance supported me with all my smallest query. The experience becomes more pleasant when you get timely response to your queries. Nichole was always prompt and happy to guide you during the entire process. Although my parents were for very shot period here in Toronto and fortunately didn’t need any medical support. Travelance is the best company to opt for if you are looking for Visitors to Canada or Super Visa Insurance. Their staff is super efficient and very quick to revert back on any query. I would highly recommend this company.

Honestly, I had a great experience dealing with Travelance. I got my claim with a week. The process is very simple and straight forward.

Where do I start?As some folks mentioned here, they are really slow and bad when it comes to claims. They have a communication gap among their own team. Whenever you call the customer support and request to speak to individual looking after your claim, the only thing you get to hear is that they are on lunch! and then no one calls you back as promised. They ruined my time really well by not providing exceptional service" as they promised. I have now filed for a refund for super visa insurance that I got for my parents and I am not expecting anything better. I have dealt with bigger insurance companies like Manulife

Slowest response or NO response at all in request to any claim, I had been purchasing insurance from different Canadian insurance companies (such as, Visitor Visa insurance, Super Visa insurance ), my father got detected cancer and after 7 to 9 month he passed away, and then I had to deal with them, end result is as follow:All invoices which was sent to these insurance companies by doctors and hospitals came back to me as UN-PAID with final notice, I had to pay for all invoice, in reply I got very little, thanks to God that my brother and my-self had enough to pay for our expenses. I would not recommend buying insurance from them, in-fact you can buy insurance from Back Home insurance company or any other company.My personal experience, when you need them they are not there to help and when you call Travelance Inc they will redirect you to Old Republic Insurance Company of Canada them they will forward you to Orican Canadian claim and one time they even asked me to send all docs and they said they did not received it. I would say these companies are, un-professional, irresponsible and unethical. Whereas, final decision is yours, whereas, I have no trust on them.I know, that after my review, their SEO team will give me some phone number to contact to provide a apology or sympathy, which for sure I do not need, I just like new people to be aware of their services.

Interesting. I am shopping for travel Insurance and tempted by the rate of travela ce but the review here is terrible. I decided to call and see of they are as unresponsive as the review claims and truthfully I am told they are unavailable as they work from 9:00am to 9pm. I was calling at 8:00 pm. Which means even the voice note is incorrect. I have advised myself. Can someone suggest an Insurance company thats more responsive to clients, especially claims?

Despite not using the insurance product, they charged us a penalty of $250 when we tried to cancel it before its activation date. I can’t imagine how they are going to treat customers when they make a claim.
