I go every 3.months for blood work and always a great experience

I was in the office today. After an hour wait and watching the lack of staff, and constant stress, it was my turn. I debated a couple of times to leave because of high level of density. Finally a women rushed over, and while standing took my blood. After 3 vials she removed the needle and there was a sharp pain. She threw the cotton ball and tape on and left. Up the street I realized my dressing was soaked and I had to go back because of blood. I am hoping the discomfort I am still feeling is all that and no more. Trust your instincts people.

I come here all the time for my bloodwork. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Sometimes people have to wait a long time but they cannot predict how many patients are going to come in at any one time. I use their online checkin and usually only have to wait a few minutes. I would give them 5 stars except for their air conditioner. It is mounted on the inside wall by the entrance door and blows directly on the people waiting. Can get quite uncomfortable if you are waiting during the summer months.

I've been living in Chatham since 2018 and this place is the only place to get bloodwork done. It's customer service is mediocre. They rarely answer the phones. When you call and they transfer your call to their office, you are on hold for 19 seconds (Literally 19 seconds I counted) before it tells you no one is available and you have to place your call or transfer again. Pathetic. And let's not mention the random hours they provide. They close whenever they want and their Google page is not updated. So frustrated with this place.

This is only place i well ever get blood work done! I have anxiety and they always are so sweet to me. Im scard of needles and they always talk me threw it, and most important i never feel Judged . The ladies that work her are very sweet and compasionate. This is also the only place that never bruises my arm.

I made an appointment for the Chatham lab and assumed the receptionist knew this when I showed up 15 minutes early.Fifteen minutes after my appointment time she then asked me if I had an appointment. She said I should have told her since she had me last in line.Why did she not know this from my registering. She should have asked me in the first place. Some training needed.

I'll talk briefly on the actual location. One of the nurses was rather rude, which is fine, since apparently management doesn't care about this place, since according to her they're going to be under-staffed for the next two weeks. What isn't fine is demanding that patients hang on to their own urine for at least an hour while they waited for bloodwork. Is it so hard to stick a label on the container and put it somewhere? It's not like the containers have safeties either, they're simply screw on lids. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I'll definitely be going to a different place next time I need lab work done.Now on to the company itself. Are you serious? Making me pay to view my lab results? This is Canada not the US, you do not have to PAY for healthcare. Dynacare, you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not okay. I have the right to know my own lab results. What really pisses me off is the fact that you have the audacity to make this not only a paid service, but a subscription based one as well! MAYBE if this was a one time fee I could accept this, but how dare you make it subscription based.

Technician was confused and inexperienced in her environment. I have been here before and never had an issue with filling the tubes with my sample. Few minutes. Today tech Entered my veinat 3 o'clock rather than the norm 12 o'clock.. She had great difficulty obtaining adequate quantity of blood. Continuously pressed on veign for sample Very unprofessional and will not re visit for sampleWayne Rivest

If i could rate minus 100 I would. Staff are absolutely ignorant, rude and disrespectful. They are very incompetant considering their jobs. Not only have they been rude everytime me or my husband have attended but they have lost samples and never notified anyone to get a new one and then they decided to close randomly on a Tuesday when a time sensitive sample was done so it became invalid as we couldnt drop off. Absolutely ridiculous
