A nice guy from Pronto came today for fall blow out of my underground sprinklers. He took the time to show me two concerns he had and explained what was needed to fix them in the spring. Have been using Pronto for years and will continue!

Had to deal with this company couple times. They have worst customer service... The appointment is not on time.

This review is based on the irrigation department only.Rick is really good about coming to help me if something happens to my sprinklers. Most companies in town tell you they can't do anything for months. Instead of hiring more crews, they just let people flounder.Rick won't leave a damsel in distress and gets everything running smoothly again.I think he's the only guy who does all the irrigation.... So it's pretty crazy that a fairly seasoned guy with one leg and the other in a boot can out-perform crews of the competition's young guys and manage to squeeze in random customers too - I think the other companies should take notes.Thanks, Rick!

We are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Pronto Enterprises. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the company over the past couple of months, they have been unresponsive. Phone calls unanswered, messages not returned and emails not replied to.To add insult to injury, Pronto Enterprises sent technicians to our house numerous times to fix our sprinkler system and were unable to diagnose the problem. As a result of this most of the visits were unsuccessful. To make matters worse, we were charged for these multiple visits without our approval, and we received no explanation as to what the issue actually was. Even though we asked specifically to be kept in the loop right from the beginning.The lack of communication and the unexpected charges have led us to lose trust in this company. We do not understand why they would send technicians to our home without our consent and then charge us for their failed attempts at fixing the problem.It is one thing to pay for a service that is satisfactorily provided, but it is completely unacceptable to be charged for services that are not at all benefitted to me. To say that we are unhappy with the service provided by Pronto Enterprises would be a gross understatement.We would NOT recommend this company to others and will NOT be using their services again in the future.

Rick went above and beyond, when he came out to blow our irrigation system. He drained our pond and then climbed into the sludge and got out our pump for me so I didn't have to get dirty. Will definitely use Pronto again!

Contacted this company April 5th. Communication is poor and to date, may 17th, no date secured for a project.

Called for an estimate to fix damaged landscaping and they showed up the next day.Many landscapers just ignore your call, so Pronto has the right stuff to be in business. Give them a call!

Rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Their commercial operation and crew are very rude and work as fast as possible to deliver a shoddy job. Negative interactions at every turn.

Didn’t show up on time to do the job. Confirmed that they were coming out. Planted garden. Flowers and garden died. Was told the owner says it wasn’t their problem and refused to cover costs. Didn’t even call to say they weren’t coming out so I could have have had someone water as went out of town for work

Our strata picked Pronto to install an engineer designed drainage project. Theirs was not the lowest quote we received, but Pronto had the best reviews and their quote was competitive.We can now see why the reviews are so good! Pronto did everything they could to keep everyone happy while staying within the project budget. Corey and Matt communicated with our strata management very well. They worked well with the engineer to make sure the installed drainage was all to spec, and the patios and finishing landscaping installed after the fact were top quality. The concrete and asphalt work was done quickly and efficiently.Everything looks fantastic, and I hope we can use Pronto again!
