Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Been going to a few different barber shops, and every time the barber I'm used to goes missing I go somewhere else. Except for this one, I'm yet to get service from someone here who didn't do a great job.Joy did an amazing job, hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves!

At first I was skeptic, after seeing mostly female staff in there, thought I went to a barber shop, and not a beauty parlor. I was with my two sons and we all asked for a clean barber's cut. To my surprise, we all got impressive trims...they actually did great! I even had a warm moist towel on my face and a good quick massage at the back of my neck and shoulders...it was a very pleasant experience!They have tvs to watch sports on while you wait, tablets for kids to get busy with and a fridge with free refreshments for customers!Would recommend it 100% to friends and relatives!

Ada was awesome. She was very friendly and professional. Thank you Ada. The receptionist on the other hand in my humble opinion could be a little more welcoming. She maybe the nicest person in the world but that is just how I felt.

Probably the worst fade I've ever had for 40$. The 25$ shops on 17th do a better job. All that hair washing and crew fibre doesn't mean nothing if you can't give the cut I asked for.

Super great experience, everyone there was happy to be there! Dusty cut my hair and it was my favourite haircut I’ve had. Constantly checked in to make sure it was how I wanted it and was super friendly! Getting my haircut made my day :)

The shop is very welcoming. I was helped out by Ada. She is professional, really kind and super helpful. Always a pleasure and can’t wait for next time. Extraordinary service!

I’m having my haircut at Tommy Guns on Sunridge since last year. The service was good and the barbers are really professional. But today, the front desk told me that the waiting time is almost an hour. I tried to wait for an hour but they are not calling me, I then checked the front desk about the waiting time because I was waiting for 1 and a half hour. Then the front desk lady told me that she was trying to call me and she thinks she got a wrong number. So I asked her if I can check the number that she was calling, but she didnt show. I even asked the call history but she said she deleted it. I dont know what happened why she didn’t call me, because I saw my name appeared on the screen when she got my number. (This happened today)

The staff is always friendlyI’ve had a chance to have a few stylists from this location. They’ve been all greatAva is the one I personally prefer because of her thorough attention to detail and she’s an expert at helping you maintain a healthy hair.It’s a good location and highly recommended

DONT BE FOOLED!!Went in today for a buzz cut and told them specifically a buzz cut. Being that I am not a barber and don’t know specifically that if I get the sides and the back shaved from a #2 to a #1 fade that this would cost me an extra almost 20$ difference! If I had known this before I had gotten to the counter I would have had some taken off the top. Definitely not satisfied with this. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
