Parker was and is amazing. Initial appointment uncovered issue with asbestos tape on ducts, had it repaired and rescheduled with him. Very prompt, excellent customer service. He clearly explained what had been done, condition, when to have done again. We will always use this company and highly recommend

Very easy to book, extremely responsive via email. We had the appt booked for 2:00, but Cydney was able to come earlier and called to confirm this. She was very professional and pleasant on the phone. She got right to work and managed the job in a very timely and professional manner. We have had Aero clean our furnace ducting and our laundry ducting the past 3 years. We have been very pleased with all of the work they have done.
