Mon Ortho sur le Plateau

My experience with this orthodontist was excellent. While on vacation to Montreal, one of my son’s braces became unglued leaving a wire protruding into his gum. Mon Ortho Sur le Plateau was able to schedule an appointment on short notice. Initially, they re-glued the original brace that my son’s orthodontist installed in Australia, but due to the close proximity to his gum the glue did not set properly – this is probably why the brace became unglued in the first place. They fixed to problem by using their own smaller brace hardware that worked perfectly. They could not have been more efficient and accommodating.This orthodontist has a amazing location – steps from Metro St-Joseph – you don’t even need to cross a street.All three operating chairs were very busy, but, I did not see people waiting long in the waiting room for their appointments.The place is very clean and modern.The technicians and orthodontist were very professional and friendly – and very focused on getting the best result for us. Thank you.

J'ai terminé mon traitement avec Dr Lapointe et son équipe en septembre 2021 et je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir choisi cet endroit. Ces femmes sont merveilleuses! Elles sont professionnelles, compétentes et d'une grande gentillesse. Du moment où l'on met le pied dans la place et que Pascale ou Karen nous saluent, on sait qu'on est entre bonnes mains. Tout le long de mon traitement, je me suis sentie accompagnée et guidée correctement dans les choix que j'ai eu à faire. Je m'ennuie presque d'aller les voir une fois par mois! Je vous conseil fortement de les rencontrer pour tout besoin en orthodontie. J'ai adoré le fait qu'il offre différente approche. L'équipe est très bien formée et engagée à toujours vous offrir les meilleurs soins possible. Il regarde votre santé globale et son toujours à la recherche des nouvelles approches pour le meilleur résultat sans effect négatif sur votre bien-être. À ne pas ignorer!

I got Invisalign here, and it has been an AMAZING transformation. I love the staff, never too busy/long wait. They are professional, fast, and so friendly. I am glad to be done, but kinda miss the visits lol. Really so helpful, very PRECISE and professional work. 100% would recommend.
