Citron Hygiene

Twice now this company has been to my apartment for bed bugs and roaches. Bed bugs arent even dying and they completely grew their population. So it makes me wonder if the employee is actually even doing anything...Wish Centurion would use Orkin...This is getting annoying as I just moved into this apartment in middle of March.Just had another treatment done Sept 24, the pest control person sprayed everything, including my tvs and all electronics not sure who authorized spraying of electronics but I wasn't pleased, this is also now the 6th or 7th treatment now which puts on average, I've had to pack up my stuff once a month and this is quite irritating.

Until the 10th it seems like Nobody cared about my washroom hygiene for over a month until today. I had to call the office again to check if ANYBODY is coming out. I had a service tech Matt came by to repair and what he found out was I was given the wrong soap brand so it doesn’t fitI’ve been with this company for over a year and this mistake shouldn’t even happen. I’m glad the tech came today and have everything fixed up to date.Thank you!

4-plex In London, OntarioWork order #: 03946975Technician Keith was great.Dealing with customer service regarding obtaining a report was terrible and booking a follow-up treatment was impossible to make happen in the required time. A disaster in communications. I had to find another company to finish the job. Terrible PR.I am thinking that if you are a new or smaller client there is very little interest in customer satisfaction.Beware.

Applied for a job got a phone interview with Rossa then 2 days later had a virtual interview with Guy.C and Maria who is the top boss they asked me to go out for a route ride I agreed then after working 13 hours in a day they decide I am not what I wanted and is not paying me for the route ride plus when I was out with the driver there were lots of phone calls because Windsor could not get supplies to deliver to customers. Not a good company and I am filing a complaint with the labour board Peace

My building management hired Citron for pest control. They did not address the issue at all, causing the infestation to actually grow. I started seeing baby roaches not long after they left, which is indicative of a significant problem. I am now waiting on a (hopefully) more competent company to come in and take care of the problem.

Do NOT ever hire Citron for your pest control problems. We are having bed bug problems for over a month now, Citron came to treat our apartment twice and did a TERRIBLE job. They were in and out in about ten minutes for the first time ( two guys ), for the second treatment there was only one guy, he was in for about 40 minutes and didn`t do NOTHING. We had to throw out all of our furniture, except for one bed. They simply didn`t kill the bugs nor did they spray where they were supposed to spray, they just didn`t care and I`m almost positive their tech was high on weed both times. High on something, anyway.Also, they have an arrogant attitude, very, very unfriendly. Luckily, BOARDWALK, who are our landlords hired RENT TO KILL for the third treatment and here we are...after 3 days, we are almost 100% positive there are no bugs anymore. I repeat, do NOT hire Citron ever!!!
