Alloy was more than accommodating to my schedule and fit me in the next day for the appraisal, so I don’t have to wait for two months and a half to take my claim to SGI. Amazing customer service plus they do not have an automated machine to answer the phone calls, you can always expect to talk to a real person after 2-3 ringtones. Overall, they were helpful and delivered quality service. I recommend Alloy to anyone who is looking for a one-stop shop with hassle-free service.

Great people to talk to you over the phone, they help with great time management on the phone and provide you up-to-date information as much as possible when it comes to any repair job.However they have no control on whether or not they will receive your parts in a timely manner due to the fact that there has been shipment delays it’s not their fault they are a great team don’t fault them for equipment delay.

The painters did a great job with the painting, but the front end people were terrible to deal with. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me as she was busy on her cell phone. I had phoned to see when I could pick up my vehicle the day it was supposed to be ready and was told they were waiting for parts. ( my vehicle was only going in for a paint job- no damage otherwise). I was told someone would phone me back shortly and no one did. After 2 hours, I phoned them back and the female who answered the phone was laughing. I also needed the vehicle back by the day they told me it would be ready, but it wasn't and nobody would give me any answers as to why they would need 4 more days than planned. Terrible experience with the reception. If I could rate the painters and the reception separately I would give the painters 4 stars as I had to go back for a minor fix, but I couldn't give the receptionist any. I will compromise and rate them 2 stars.

Very efficient process. Jessica did a great job of taking care of my work truck. I would highly recommend this place if you want streamlined process of getting your car fixed.

It was a very bad experience! I just wanted to replace a bumper. At first, I called to make an appointment on January 26 and told me that I could go on February 26. When I went, I was told that it could be finished in four days. Four days later he told me it wasn't finished. I waited another three days to get the bumper back and it was ok, but the back door was scratched. I went to the manager and he told me to fix it. After a week, I broke the appointment again and again. After a few days, I asked again and again and said that I could take it, but I found that the recovery was just a perfunctory. The manager said he would fix it for me, and after another week, barely repaired it, a whole month had passed, and the sticker on the car door still had a lot of bubbles on it. I would say they were very unprofessional and just skimmed the customer.

The staff was extremely helpful. My car was fixed quickly and I had it back the very same day.

Quick and good service soothed my anxiety, and the rearview mirror was quickly fixed! Although it is a small case, it is also treated seriously!

My 2021 Toyota Tundra was vandalized in saskatoon on March 27 2022.Rocks were used to smash the front windshield & sunroof along with attempts of smashing / scratching passenger & rear passenger window. Front plastic under headlight also chipped.SGI insurance claim. Should of went to Toyota collision Center but I went to Alloy Collision which was a huge mistake.I work shift work so my schedule is very flexible but their organization & planning is terrible.They took the vehicle, glass was everywhere inside due to windows being smashed out.They ordered windows & plastic replacement parts, Called in approx a month.They said it was done. So take that line “your vehicle is done” with a grain of salt or the whole salt shaker. There’s a massive organizational problem along with deceit. Numerous times throughout this vehicle being fixed there was phone calls saying it’s complete. You go there and nope it’s not done. Don’t have the other windows. Or it’ll be done on Wednesday, then no call back, you call then it’ll be done on Thursday… nope.. drove there ya it’s not done… how about Friday, you promised Friday … nope .. and on & on.I went to pick it up. “Notice” always take pictures of the exterior & interior of your vehicle when dealing with. Which I had done.When I looked at vehicle I saw chunks of glass still in the vehicle. Cup holders, floor matts, back seat, pieces that were easily noticeable. Then I saw cuts all over my dash & Center counsel.When they cleaned the glass up they shredded it.Front plastic, windshield & sunroof were repaired. But there was grease stains on the roof foam by the sunroof. Not impressed.Talked to the manager Robby Kubica, he said they’d take care of the dash & counsel. Yea I clarified what that meant. I said replace it.I called SGI to make sure they had the work required on file incase they tried to stuff the dash work in the insurance claim. Cuz that ain’t happening, they wrecked it. Their fixing it.They choose to try & fix it by making another appointment with a vinyl & plastic repair company.Well that didn’t work. Couldn’t fix it.So I said replace it.. second time.So parts were supposed to be ordered.Took vehicle in again, a whole lot more of that it’ll be done on Fri, sat ect business… phone calls, no return calls, me driving there to ask questions… they then replaced the dash & side windows.I got my vehicle back keys in the lock box on a weekend..No Center Counsel is not fixed yet.Needless to say Alloy Collision will never see another vehicle from me again.Correction the Wyant Group of companies will never see anything from me again. A very unprofessional performance, if I could give negative starts they would be there on the review.Oh I’m looking to purchase a new suv, do you know where I’m not going? I took my car in here for body repair, they said will take 4 weeks for finish the job. Took 6 weeks in total. And I had to pay for rental car for extra 2 weeks because sgi won't cover the extended time. Managers said they will cover all the extra expenses but at the end they didn't. Also after all, I took the car again for electric fails that they missed to fix. Not recommended, I won't go there again and will tell all my friends not too.

Booked my vehicle in for a detail prior to selling. Our vehicle sold within a week and the comments from people looking at the vehicle was how well it was maintained.Although we did mechanically maintain the vehicle, this was a weekend use vehicle and the dogs always came for ride alongs. Not much effort was spent on cosmetic details - but after the Alloy detailing team was done it was impressive…about as good as you could ask for of a 12 year old vehicle used to haul garbage and dogs around dusty country roads!
