Was recommended this company from a family member when got into an accident and Robert was there in minutes. He made sure that we were all well taken care of and informed me from A-Z what my next steps were going to be. I left everything in Roberts hands and that was the best decision I made. Beware! Dishonest Towing and Body Shop ServiceI regret to say that my experience with this towing company and their recommended body shop was nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid this dishonest duo at all costs; there are far better and trustworthy alternatives available.

Being in my first accident I was scared and confused, especially not having any knowledge on how things work when one does get into an accident. I was afraid of being taken advantage of. Roadmaster Roadside Assistant, at one point had given me his business card, which came in handy. Once I made the call, Robert F.(the owner) was there in minutes and was friendly, honest and understanding through out the while process. I highly recommend this Towing company to anyone who does or sees an accident. You will not be disappointed.
