Called Bell to suspend satellite for seasonal site. Not only do they auto restart it after six months now but they charge $50 to suspend it. Used to be a free service and you could suspend it as long as you want.

Called in to get a daydream Google VR headset that I ordered weeks ago,the manager shows me five in box and then proceeds to tell me he won't sell me one due to a promotion coming up... Seriously?! I have the money and want the product and I get told no because they want to sell it later?? Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.. I don't understand, isn't that how commercialism works?
