Great shopping experience, would definitely recommend while walking down Quebec city and you feel like doing some shopping, too! Staff very attentive and helpful - apparently ladies there like their job. One can find very nice and quality pieces at reasonable prices - bought me a light sweater and two shirts. Thanks!

I bought a cuople items online during the pandemic and still I got the items the following day. They have an exceptional cutomer service. I had to exchange a dress because it was too big, they guided me for the right size. They know their merchandise very well. I have adopted them, they are top!

The sweater I purchased from the website and had shipped to my home was sent on it's way within a day. When it was received, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was impeccably packed and boxed. Even the packing tape, which was place on every box edge, was perfect. The sweater was perfectly folded and wrapped in tissue, with a thank you note. Very impressive service. Thank you

A wonderful shopping experience for my birthday. The desired Dale of Norway sweater was not available in my size. I was advised to check the next day because of an anticipated delivery. The sweater arrived as promised. I recommend checking out the store when visiting Quebec. A very large Dale selection to choose from.

Wow !! J'adore cette boutique. J'y achète plusieurs de mes pantalons et jeans de ma marque préférée. J'effectue mes achats en ligne car je n'habite pas dans le coin de Québec.
