Alarms & Locks of Muskoka were simply awesome to deal with. We bought a cottage from a train wreck of a previous owner. When the sale closed the former owner handed over 1 key - that's it. And there were 7 locks on the place. Turns out, of those 7 locks, 3 different keys were needed... and the previous owner was completely irresponsible and could not produce the missing keys. Enter Jay the master locksmith from ALM and he took care of the whole situation - re-pinned all 7 locks to one single master key and cut me multiple copies of it. Now the place is secure, I don't have to worry about the misplaced keys by the previous owner, and one single key opens every lock. And the price was very reasonable. Great company to deal with.

Installed well but one of the cameras is not working and they came back and fixed it and it broke the next day and they promissed to come back but have not for over 2 months. Horrible service

Warren was wonderful at fixing our broken lock and rekeying other doors so they were on 1 key instead of three. The mobile locksmith service is excellent !
