The mean looking, tattooed, overweight male working wasn't welcoming, helpful or friendly WHATSOEVER. If I wasn't so hungry and lazy I would have left. What is it with subway hiring mean unhealthy looking ppl to be the face of their establishments, like seriously? Seems to be a their thing" I've honestly had it with all these places!!!!"

The guy who made my sub was Jay. He touched my soul with his sub, he put mayonnaise so firmly inside the sub and the meat that he gave was out of this world. They should make him manager and let him handle the whole subway alone. Im pretty sure he can do it on his own.

I have had an awful experience almost every time I use the app to order ahead. They prioritize the customers in store before the ones who have ordered for pickup. I ordered subs from this location tonight and it said they were ready for pickup. When arriving they had no idea where my order was. 5 minutes later they “found it” and proceeded to help the customer that was in store before making mine so had to wait 20 mins longer then the original pickup time. Don’t have an order ahead option if you can’t make them in time.

Staff need more training. You don't add chicken to anybody's veggie salad unless they ask for it. Dumb!! Customer service is terrible!

Just received and witnessed some of the greatest service i have ever had! The soul employee this evening was fantastic and my service was epecable! As my daughter and I sat and ate our simple order I observed said enployee offer a sampler soup because she felt the only soup available was an aquired flavour!Great job

I dont know why this store says they are open till ten. Last two times I tried to get dinner on my way home from work at 9:15 the door is locked and the staff is ignoring customers at the door as they mop the floor.

If I could I would have given a 0 star. Bad customer service. The girl at counter does not know how to handle a customer. What I said to her is that just write eat in on my receipt. It for the reimbursement purpose from the company. She started tripping. She backed up and said I don't know what you r saying and that she I not responsible for that. She said she just makes subs that's it. Every other place I go to they never have any problem in doing that when I ask them to write eat in on receipt.Obviously, she needs a training. I wanted to cancel my order and got my money back instead. Would have gone to other restaurant. Very disappointed and disgraceful. She needs a re training.I don't recommend going there. She was not helpful at all. Plus she came in defense mode and backed up.from the counter with a attitude on her face like she is doing favor on me by making a sandwich. It's dark indian girl". I won't come back. Her coworker was very nice and respectful. Just to mention it"

This is a new location so it is very fresh inside. Service is great. Lunch times can be VERY busy. best to show up 10 minutes before 12 if you want quick service. Otherwise your gonna wait. That is not a problem of the restaurant its simply a very busy location. Clean fast staff make this stop as quick as time of day will allow. always been greeted with a smile as well. The food is subway food. It meets their standards and everything is fresh. I do recommend this location. There is also a new menu with many more options. June 2023.
