What a fantastic place to have your RV serviced!! We were traveling from Nova Scotia to New Brunswick when a hose blew on our hot water tank. We called Ed's about 2 hours before we arrived in Moncton to let them know we were coming. They were receptive to fixing us up. When we arrived they quickly assigned a top notch mechanic. Kevin was a real professional, very skilled and knowledgeable. We were in and out in less than 1.5 hours and the bill was extremely reasonable. Great work guys. We highly recommend Ed's to anyone.

I was on vacation from Vancouver Island. New motor home fridge issues. Called ahead, Ed got the parts the manufacture suggested and installed them within an hour of my arrival. Turned out to be the wrong part...not his fault, ordered another part and on my return trip from Nova Scotia home fixed the fridge. This was by far the best service I have ever receive for an RV repair. Usually you hear...We are booking into next week" Your the best Ed and staff."

While travelling with family through NB, had a wheel come off our trailer, made it to Ed's just before he closed. Ed assesed the repairs and allowed us to stay overnight in his driveway and started the work first thing in the morning. Repairs were done in less than a day, price was very reasonable, done right and we were on our way to finish our vacation. Ed's mechanics saved our day, in fact our whole vacation!Can't recommend them enough.

If we could give this business more stars we would. This is a welcoming, professional business. Our fridge stopped working in the middle of our holiday and Ed's service took us right in and got the fridge working quickly. These super friendly people care and have the experience and expertise to know what they are doing. Outstanding!!

A straightforwards, old-fashioned place with a high quality of service, from what I've seen. I had a dead power converter on the road. Ed's couldn't get me the part but they told me who could. When those other fellows said they were booked too solid to install it, I called Ed's back and they were able to squeeze me in first thing the next morning. They didn't waste any time, but they took time to answer my questions. I felt treated really fairly. I would recommend Ed's without hesitation.

Very friendly and helpful! We pulled in to Ed's mid-vacation with a mystery electrical problem. They were really busy but took some time to help us problem solve and diagnose the issue. It turned out to be very simple fix and they sent us on our way without having made a dime off us. Nonetheless they were quite happy to help. Clearly these guys put customer service first.

Ed and his staff are nothing short of Amazing. We purchased our first fifth wheel 2 years ago, since we have had it we have had many problems and received nothing but headaches from the dealer that sold it to us out in Salisbury NB.ED HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER. They have been prompt and a pleasure to deal with each time we’ve had issue. Being a business owner myself I know the value of great customer service and how rare it is truly becoming these days. Brought my unit in at 8am with a fridge issue. On vacation from BC and the service here was excellent. Fridge was fixed in a couple of hrs, charge was for a half hour labour. Would give Ed's a 6 out of 5 rating. Very impressed.

So we're from Ontario. I might even drive from Ontario to get my trailer serviced here. These guys are excellent. Had an issue with a tip out. Same Day service as they could fit us in due to our circumstances. No bull. No big pitch to upsell. Honest people who really, verily, completely know what they're doing. A big thank you to Kevin for doing the work and Ed for taking the time to get us in there!!

Not happy with their work. I had my trailer in for some repair last fall. Spent more than $3000 in general maintenance.They did a decent job to the repair but in doing so put a screw into the main water in feed. I found the leak in the spring and did an emergency repair to get out the first trips.I took the trailer back to have the repair done properly. They basically put a clamp on the new pipe that didn't actually hold anything and a low point drain they glued shut with expanding foam. Ill end up fixing this as well.I realize accidents happen but I feel they should have fixed their mistake. I will not go back.
