Qu4tro Asian Bistro in Canmore deserves its accolades. Thank you so much for such delicious and filling meal!The food was made with love, care and arrived quickly. Staff and chef were personable, friendly and welcoming.Crispy Pata: skin crispy and meat pull apart tender and soft without being oily.Fish sinigang: full of veggies with the broth being sour just right without being too salty or heavy.Mango boba: sweet and yummy!I consider authenticity in food is when taste matches the quality and execution of making the food. I thoroughly enjoyed their authentic food!Was driving down from Lake Louise and Banff when I decided to eat here. While I am very glad to have done so, I only wish I had more time to enjoy many more of their dishes. I struggled with making choices as there were so much I wanted to try.I thought about taking their food with me but the 4 hour drive back didn't make that convenient.Sending you all my best and continued success!

We ate here coz we miss the chicken sotanghon soup and it didnt disappoint us.. if ever your in town and crave filipino food.. try to visit the place

Nice and bright atmosphere. You can get a great view of the Rocky Mountain as well. Food didn’t take long to arrive but the portion was definitely of small quantity for the sizzling beef $18.95. Taste was average compared to other Asian places experienced.

Definitely a go-to Asian restaurant! Their selections are diverse. Will definitely visit again if we go back to Canmore!P.S. Their washroom has a bidet! +1⭐

Amazing food. Very good service. Waitress was super energetic. Must try. Vegetarian options available.Boba is way too sweet. Apart from that must try while in town.

The food at Quatro Asian Bistro was excellent. Ordered the AAA Alberta Beef Bulgogi (Korean) rice bowl and Yakatori chicken rice bowl.

QUATRO ASIAN BISTRO
Amazing experience! Food was super fresh and tasty. They have halal beef and chicken options. We ordered the seafood pad Thai, beef sizzlers and chicken tenders with fries. Not disappointed at all!Our server was super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Hidden gem in Canmore!
