Yankee Candle Store

Best investment ever!Looks super fancy. Smells even better!Around the same price range as Bath and Body but much much better fragrance!I love the wood cracking sound the candles make, gives you a real feel of the nature. Staff was super friendly and helpful.. (the lady who helped me look around and choose the candle was named Cathy I believe, and she gave a really nice intro to all the different kinds of candles they have)Would definitely buy again.

the staff put an advertisement/promotion leaflet into the bag against my consent even though i clearly stated that i did not want it. she said it was company policy. well, i don't care about your policy when it forcefully applied against my consent. if i want to buy a candle i buy a candle and if i say no to a leaflet it means no. i had to take it out of the paper bag and put it on a shelf in the store. great" customer service!"

Service was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time there, and I will be back. Candles are a little pricey though.

Im very upset, I went to Fairview park mall location and purchased 615.00 worth of stuff and I never got my free tote bag of candles im sure $615.00 is over 50.00 dollars. I have been trying to call them and let them know they forgot to give to me and left a message and still no return call. I left with 10 bags of stuff when I got home is when I noticed that they never gave me my free tote bag of candles.

Tried for 40 minutes for personalized candle photo labels and never got them. All they said was sorry but now I’m late for other appointments and won’t get the gift finished on time. :(

I love the range of scents available from Yankee Candle (and how they have the small scent-test candles displayed in store) and the quality of the woodwick candles. But this location in particular has the best customer service. Yesterday when I went in I saw a somewhat confused gentleman looking for a jewellery candle gift for his wife, something YC doesn't carry. The ladies in store explained the product to the fellow, told him what shop it could be found at, told him the closest location of that chain and then showed him some cool candles that YC does sell. They're genuinely helpful and informative, and don't push for sales without considering the customers needs. It's really nice to see how they treat customers/browsers in store.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lori when visiting this Yankee Candle location, and might I say she is such a wonderful and caring store manager! She was so kind, easy to talk to, and also very funny. She was patient and more than happy to help make my experience the best that it could be. Although my interaction with her was brief, I believe she deserves appreciation and hard work for all that she does! Thank you, Lori :)

Even when it's crazy busy because of the holidays, the staff is helpful and sweet. They were kept apologizing for the boxes (delivery day!) but they made sure their clients were taken care of and everyone got what they needed, making Christmas shopping for me a treat!

Staff goes above and beyond to help find what you are looking for - even admist this pandemic. So friendly and helpful. The selection of candles are great, woodwicks are my absolute favorite!
