When we first chose Spraynet, we thought we were choosing a professional, quick and responsive company that would be able to do amazing work on our kitchen. I should have seen the red flags right from the start but decided to stick it out with them till the end.First of all, the appointment that was initially made with them apparently wasn't properly recorded on their schedule. The day that they were supposed to come and start the project, no one showed up. I called them and it turns out their sales man, Anthony, had mistakenly put us down for another day even though we had it in writing that they should have been there that particular day. Fortunately, they managed to send a guy down within 2 hours to get the painting site prepped, taped and ready for paint the next day.The work initially came out great; however, after not only 5-6 months, the paint on some of the cabinets started to peel. This wasn't due to our improper handling or from damage of our own accord. This was just a bad quality paint job. No problem - we will contact them and see to it that they will honour their 15 year warranty. Well, there is a problem. Since we had reached out and contacted them on September 1, 2022 regarding the need for repair work, we are still being told that any repair/warranty work is on hold/still being scheduled. It has been over half a year and they still haven't fixed the peeling on the cabinet.I'm extremely disappointed in their repair turnaround time and advise any future customers thinking of using Spraynet to reconsider.The moment they fix our cabinet to my satisfaction is the day I will edit this post.//edit 1: You aren't able to find it under my name as it was my wife who had placed the order under her name. FYI - we have also been e-mailing back and forth since September 1, 2022 with a Maude" on your customer support team. Nothing seems to be getting done.I will send you a private e-mail in an attempt to get the ball rolling again.//edit 2: So we had their team take back the cabinets last week and have now brought it back in great condition. Their employee had advised that the company has now been taken back by corporate and that everything should be back on track like it used to be. We hope that will be the case moving forward.Their workmanship is of great quality. If they just improve on their overall response time and customer service

The Spray-net team was very professional, courteous, meticulous and just wonderful to work with. My kitchen cabinets and island turned out amazing. They even took extra time to make sure everything came out right. They protected everything else that was not part of the job and when everything was done, there was no mess and no fuss. Highly recommend using them.

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen or the team at spray net after they turned our dark brown kitchen white. They were fair priced and have a great warranty. Their team went above and beyond, also on time and started and completed when they said they would, which usually isn’t the case when booking work at your home. They did a flawless job, our cabinets look brand new and I can’t say enough good things about this company and the work they do!

Ethan and his crew were polite, professional and efficient, and they went above and beyond. I'm a little OCD so always have to defer to my husband to see if a job was done well enough or if I'm being too picky, but not with these men. They are just as detail oriented as I am and I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend them highly.

Had my kitchen cabinets done and wow!! they look brand new and the guys did an amazing job. The entire kitchen with 39 cabinets was done in 2 and half days. The entire crew was very nice and i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking at refinishing their kitchen cabinets you will pay 1/4 of the price that you would pay to have an entire kitchen replaced. I will definitely be using them again for the exterior of my house. thank you!!

Jean-Marc, Anthony and the team were a pleasure to work with! From the moment they stepped into my home, they were professional, knowledgeable and extremely detailed-oriented. They spent 2 days on site to completely revamp our kitchen. I could not have imagined it turning out as well as it did. Not only did they provide exceptional customer service, but they made it a point to ensure that we were happy with the final outcome. They truly exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you to the team!

The whole experience with Spray-net is a dream come true for us. Our best friend was selling their place, my husband and I went to their place to help installing new floor - that's when we saw their dark cabinet transformed into off-white color factory quality cabinets! The quality and price were amazing and our friends kept saying they wish they had done this sooner.The next morning we booked an-online estimate with Spray-net, the appointment was easy and quick and we got a quote that worth every penny. 3 business days later, all the doors were picked up from home to bring to the shop for factory grade sanding and painting, we could still use our kitchen during this time. 3 more days later the remaining kitchen and 1 bathroom were sanded and painted in 1 single day! Around dinner time, we could use our kitchen again.The guys came to my house went above and beyond for us, they even fixed and painted a few broken trims for us. We had our house painted 2 years ago. Paint has been peeling for a while now and they will not contact us back after many emails and messages left. Maude and Ethan are difficult to communicate with. This was the same issue we had before we had the house painted as well.

From the onset, the Spray-Net team of Jean Marc, Anthony, Sharif and Chris were first class. They were professional, on time and respectful. They took the time to explain the product, procedure, time line and expectations. The communication throughout the process was exceptional. They were always available for questions and returned any messages promptly. The time line they provided was spot on. Great care was taken to protect areas with good clean up afterwards. Our kitchen project was considered large by standards and start to finish was 3 days. An absolute fantastic job and our kitchen looks beautiful! After the work was done, Jean Marc took the time to ensure we were completely satisfied and happy with the outcome. Client satisfaction is important to the company and it certainly is reflected. We couldn't be happier.
