They are one of the few places that we shop at just for the knowledgeable staff and variety of products carried. I love that they have their products listed online and that they even have an auction site as well!

Went in looking for a product that I had questions for. Guy behind the gun counter had 0 time to bother with me. Was too annoyed that I broke up him and his ol boys coffee break. Just pushed me away to look around the store myself.Left and won't go back

They used to be a great store, Guy at the gun counter couldn't be bothered with helping or answering questions with more than 1 word. Almost no selection anymore, Have to ask for ammo then wait and God forbid you decide you don't want it after they bring it out for you. The only positive I have is the lady at the checkout till.

Very professional and go out of their way for you. I bought a gun and didn’t realize they were supposed to come with 3 magazines and didn’t take them so they called me after a bit to check if I want them which was super helpful

I ordered an old fairly rare (Used) rifle from these guys on their online store. Rifle shipped really quickly, and was in better shape than the pictures showed it to be. Very happy but there was an issue with a missing part. I phoned customer service, the lady there was super friendly and helpful... Got the issue sorted out very quickly (seems the part just got missed in the packaging process) and they Purolator'd the missing part to me over night (obviously at no charge to me) really happy overall with their customer service and everyone I spoke with over the phone was extremely friendly... 5/5 stars for sure, and I will be a repeat customer.
