I am commenting after 4 years because I want to commend Ali the front counter person for his energy and friendly attitude. I hope all of the employees are like that. I waited 12 minutes for my chicken but it’s all good because Ali is very friendly and have good service doing suggestive stuff and all.

First Popeyes in years. Forgot how good it is.Piece of chicken breast, Cajun fries, gravy, deluxe chicken burger. All delicious. Nice fella on the counter too

We come here a lot and it’s always good but today we experienced some of the best customer service . Mind you I don’t have the best sight so reading his name tag was hard I believe it was Ali I apologize if I’m incorrect but he was amazing so kind and charismatic just amazing customer service and it was with everyone. We had placed a pretty big order $70 worth at least and it was only about a 4 min wait time which for Popeyes is quite short because they do have to cook the chicken fresh a lot of the times and even so 4 min for a big order is short no matter what, he still apologized and thanked us for waiting. I haven’t even tasted the food yet but I just had to make a review about the customer service we received. 5 Stars for you!

I have came 30 minutes before closing before and was able to order food as I work night shifts. They said I was unable to order as they’re closed when I was there well before closing. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a review before but I’m actually pretty unimpressed. Don’t have your open sign on if you’re not going to sell food within your hours of operation. They then continued to lock the door after I left. Food may be good but the customer service is absolutely horrible.

Food is rarely ever fresh, they serve you pre made food that is hardly warm. They also have a problem with cooking up fresh food for you, even if you are willing to wait. On one occasion, I called in and spoke to a lady picked up, to order a chicken sandwich with no pickles, I show up, the owner, who is a male hands me my food. Guess what? My sandwich had pickles. I complained saying your staff never listens, he confidently tells me that I didn’t ask for no pickles when I spoke to him on the phone. I reminded him that he wasn’t a female, as I clearly spoke to a lady. Rather than admitting his mistake, he goes on to tell me, you can just remove the pickles from the sandwich and eat it. If the owner behaves like this, it’s no surprise that his staff has to be much worse. Bad behaviours at the top, trickle down into floor staff.

Employee Ali is super nice. Always brings a bright positive light when he's working. Food is fast and delicious! Great price too. Been coming here for years.

The food was perfectly satisfactory (as Popeye's always is) but the real highlight of our evening was Ali. He greeted us with an amazingly infectious smile, collected our order with efficiency, and our good was ready within 2 minutes. Great experience!

Ali is so cheerful and great with kids. You can tell that the rest of the staff follow his example. He made me feel as happy as if I was on vacation at a great resort.The fries were surprisingly good too.

I ordered 5 piece chicken. It wasn't cooked properly I couldn't even eat it at all. Bad chicken not a good service I went to the 8th street one they served great chicken it was cooked and taste really good. Make sure to fry the chicken until it finish the time don't take it out 1 minute before otherwise people won't be able to eat it. The chicken was so soft inside and not cooked it was so disgusting. Only the fries were great.
