Had the worst experience today. My husband ordered a vegetarian fries take out. Once he got home we realized it was the wrong order. We called the store and the lady behind the phone said she will make a new one for free next time we come to the store. She took our phone number and didn’t mentioned about getting the physical receipt.The next day my husband drives 30 mins, gets to the store and We did show the picture of the wrong order along with the photocopy of the receipt.This rude lady called “Hazel” denies everything we said and threatens us to do whatever we want but wouldn’t make up for messing it up.Utterly disgusting and disappointed. You have lost one loyal customer and teach some manners to this lady or else your business is at loss.

I always love eating at New York Fries!! Hazel there always has such a bright presence when I make my way up to the counter and she always makes my poutines top tier!! Even during crazy rushes she always has a smile on her face and does her job well! Couldn't ask for a better person to brighten my lunch breaks!

They were very careful to keep my daughter's food gluten-free (she has celiac disease). I appreciated their care. She loved her poutine, which she can't normally have.

Once upon a time there was this really hungry dude. He was so hungry he could've probably eaten a hippo or something. He walked into the food court and spotted New York Fries with a bright shiny aura around it, making it look super intense. This super awesome, friendly and totally sweet dude asked him what he'd like to order. He placed an order for a poutine and paid with exact change. Before he could blink, his order was ready. It was hot, fresh and delicious. He said thank you and went and had the best poutine of his life.That story is based on actual events. Some parts have been exaggerated for dramatic effect.New York Fries has the most awesome, friendly and helpful staff and they all give super awesome high fives. They care about the customers and will do anything to make the customer happy. They are real superheros and are totally awesome, and by totally I awesome I mean totally freaking sweet. Keep up the good work!

First time having New York Fries today, actually. Food is good, I love their new eco friendly packaging. Especially the fountain drink cup. Aside from all that, staffs that were working today were friendly. Will definitely be back to this location.
