Centra Windows (Formerly Supreme Windows Inc.)

We purchased 6 windows and had them installed. We originally thought it would be 14 weeks for install but got them manufactured and installed in 8 weeks. The whole process was fantastic and what a huge difference my triple pain windows make in the temperature in my home. The installers were professional and friendly and the process with seamless.

We had all the windows replaced in late November. The installation crew were professional and efficient. A few days later, after an extreme cold spell, a crack appeared in a window. The repair technician, Michael, arrived this morning to replace the glass unit. He was very courteous, replaced the glass and cleaned up within 30 minutes.Thank you Michael.

I selected Supreme Windows based on a glowing recommendation from my neighbor.Supreme Windows' initial sales experience was terrific, including an in-person visit and a quote provided.Experience scheduling the installation has been disappointingly unreliable. Communication has been difficult with the main schedule coordinator. I did not receive confirmation of installation the first time, as requested, and in discussion with the scheduling coordinator, expressed my surprised that the company has now changed to Centra Windows. I did not receive a positive response to my question, more of a defensive reply.The installers had to come back a second time, and again I did not receive confirmation of the time set for installation, with difficulty communicating with the schedule coordinator.I am still waiting for them to come to install the rest of the windows, and waiting for a response.I feel I made the wrong decision to do business with Supreme Windows, now Centra, as I have wasted time today in waiting for them and unsure whether they will show up as scheduled today or not.

Michael from Centra Windows came out today to adjust doors we had installed last August, they are now well adjusted and he showed me how to make adjustments in the future to the strike plates as well as door threshold plate when weather changes from winter to summer. Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and provided exceptional customer service. Thank you Michael and Centra.

From start to final completion our experience with Centra has been great. And what a difference to our comfort with the new windows installed! Michael & Jan have just completed the final piece - they were great - right on time, courteous, professional and delightful. Thank you to you all … we’ve been customers of Supreme Windows in the past and most pleased with Centra moving forward.

Your service techs, Michael and Jan, have been to our newly built home in Black Diamond a couple times to address some issues for us .. they’re friendly and professional and helped to identify our problem leak .. which turns out is a problem with exterior flashing and not the window. Just had two windows replaced because of cracks. It was just over the warranty but they fixed them anyway under the warranty. We had Mike, Chris and Brian do the repairs. They were awesome, very professional and friendly. Extremely happy with their work

When the salesman came to help us with our order, I made it very clear that I did not want any wood surfaces. I wanted vinyl.During installation, the garden doors had wood frame. I was told that vinyl was not an option. I have since found out that vinyl is an option from another company.So, we had to prime and paint the frame, which was very difficult due to it already being mounted with the weather stripping on. I am very displeased with this.As well, when replacing the basement windows, the surrounding drywall around the frame had been compromised on all three windows, resulting in us having to fill and sand the defects, then prime and paint.Cassey did have one window repaired but not the others.So not only did we have the extra charge of repairing, but filling, sanding, priming, and painting.So for those of you who think that by having your windows replaced will be a easy task, think again. The cost and extra work was well above what we expected. Also, the wood product was not as expected.

After a couple of visits from the sales team, precise measurements, signing a contract, leaving a deposit, waiting months for production, booking time off of work for the scheduled install date, the team showed up with framing that, to my own discovery, was missing the reinforcement agreed on and paid for. Safe to say the install team did not install the frames. We agreed on getting new frames with the proper reinforcement, which may be a couple of weeks. I lost one day of work due to this error made. It gets better. The additional window replacement in the house was, to our surprise, scheduled for the following day due to boom truck booking. This was never communicated to us. I accommodated the team and took half a day off work for that day. In the meantime, nobody from Centra would return our calls besides the sales person, who worked hard for us. The install team showed up for the other window install. As they are getting set up and taking apart our window casing, they find out that the boom truck is now delayed by an hour, which then became half a day, at which point I could not justify losing another full day of work. Following this day, we did not receive any return phone calls from the install management team. Our sales person did all the foot work to find out that the team has determined they can no longer install the windows for us. I have yet not received any returned phone calls from the CEO to get this sorted out.Overall, I advise anyone who is looking to do business with Centra windows that their communication level is extremely poor. The sales guy Jim is amazing!

Michael, Jan, Chris and Brian provided excellent service to change the glass on my window. Very professional folks.
