The staff is so nice and helpful, whenever it’s your first time the staff always makes sure you are set up correctly and understand the lingo for the ride! Love the instructors and the studio!

I had never tried spin before coming to R studios and now I’m obsessed. I love their classes, they are so fun and non judgemental. They really feel like a dance party on a bike!

I love Rival. I've always been terrified of group fitness classes, even more so of getting my butt on a stationary bike in front of a group of people... but after an injury that meant I couldn't run any more, a friend persuaded me that Spin was the route I should be taking. Bangs' classes converted me- to spin, to group classes, to getting out of my comfort zone. Not only do I come away feeling fitter, I feel motivated and empowered. Moreover, the injury I'd suffered with for years seems to be abating as my hips and knees finally get the strength boost they've been needing. Thank you Rival. Thank you Bangs. <3

RIVAL: Terrain classes with Erin are amazing. I’m new to spin and the pace is challenging but also flexible and accommodating. The space itself is great, and everyone is really welcoming. Most of all, the energy in the room is electric. I’m hooked!

So welcoming and encouraging! I normally feel uneasy going to a new place alone but the Rival team made me feel so confident and included there. The studio is well taken care of - bikes, shoes, etc. Everyone on staff has been so kind and helpful! I love that you can go at your own pace if you like. No judgement from anyone here, including the other riders. If you’ve been curious about a class, this is the studio to visit.

The best way to start the day has and always will be spinning with Maria at 6:15! I am so glad to be back on the bike and at Rival.

All of the rival instructors are amazing. My favourite class is a hybrid ride as its the best of best of both worlds , ride to the beat and terrain ride.

I just started going to spin classes and was a little nervous/skeptical at first but I have really enjoyed my experience at Rival. Janna is an awesome instructor in the terrain class and I always leave very sweaty (a sign of a good workout). I was never big into group workout classes but I always look forward to my workouts here. The community of both staff and attendees is also very positive. Highly recommend!!
