I was having some issues with a bike tire and tube. Brought it in and told it was only going to take 30 minutes or so. I told them I had to do some grocery shopping close by and the man at the front said he'd call when it was ready.I didn't get a phone call that day or the next. I checked my email the next morning and they sent me an email instead. Slightly annoying as the man I spoke said they'd call me.That was the only disappointing thing. The price for the repair was reasonable.

Extremely happy with my initial visit. Brought my wife's bike in for a couple of tweeks and replacement parts. They only did what was needed and the bike works great. Very friendly & good service for a fair price.

Amazing staff! Super informative and helpful. Staff went out of their way to help me fix my sons bike chain at no cost. I would highly recommend this bike shop. So happy with service.

The staff at OBB westshore are fantastic. No pressure applied, super helpful with everything. Service department is quick and does great work. Won't use any other shop in town (aside from other OBB locations.

TL:DR: THIS SHOP IS THE BEST!! GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR CYCLING NEEDS!!! Great staff, friendly, courteous, and DEDICATED!Last Friday, my friend and I were starting out on the TCT (up the Malahat on the trail) when my gearing starting making terrible noises. I called WestShore and spoke to a mechanic on the phone, who replied that he had time to look at my bike and just to bring it by straight away. We showed up and he immediately put my bike up on the stand and worked methodically through the problems, tweaking and fixing things as he went (rear derailleur adjustment, new rear derailleur cable) until he got to the crux of the issue, which was that my small chain ring had been incorrectly installed. The mechanics were courteous, made sure I test rode the bike to be completely satisfied with their work, and that what they had done had fixed the issue, and wouldn't let me leave until everything was perfect. All on zero notice and in the current bike madness situation! I have never been so impressed with the service of a bike shop, and will remain forever grateful to this shop for helping me out and saving a trip that we had been planning for weeks. I live in Vancouver, but I will definitely make a point of supporting this bike shop any way I can from afar. THANK YOU WEST SHORE BICYCLES!!!

Wonderful service. Initially not there to buy anything but they invited us to park our bikes inside when we went to get coffee. We then ended up needing a new wheel complete and they did it immediately. CANNOT ASK for better service.

Fantastic customer service with a wide selection of parts and tools. The bikes can be expensive but the quality matches the price. WestShore bikes is great place to stop for a bike tune up to have your bike feeling like new again.

Their customer service was incredibly amazing! These gentlemen are extremely helpful and professional, they always happy to help. In their store you can find everything you need, they know the products they sell very well and can give you the most comprehensive and professional advice. The gentlemen were very patient and even though I had a language barrier and couldn't describe what I needed and the problems I had, they still did their best to service and fix it for me.

These guys go above and beyond. I had a new gear shift installed here a few months ago which unfortunately broke recently. They replaced it at no charge and also adjusted my brakes and replaced the handlebar covers - all within 1 day so I was back to biking to work by Monday. Very impressed and grateful!
