Mobile Klinik Professional Smartphone Repair - Devonshire Mall, Windsor, ON

Brought in my IPhone 12 that had charging issues, turns out the charging port was full of dirt and debris. The gentleman behind the counter was quick and courteous with getting it fixed for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with phone issues and I will most likely be returning with any other issues that I have. Thank you very much

Went in with my charging port on my brand new S23 not working.Within 2 minutes Sanam got it fixed and said no charge.She was a delight to work with. Friendly and honest. I am in the IT industry and it’s so refreshing to see great service!!!

My iPhone wasn't charging at all, took it the clinic in the Devon shire mall, the representative took a look at it and just cleaned all the dirt off built up in the charging port. After that the phone worked great and didn't even charge me since it only took 5 minutes. What amazes me, is the honesty from them, they had a prime opportunity to make something so minuscule, a big deal and charged me for a repair I didn't need, but they were honest, professional and conscious of the customer. I strongly recommend them

Absolutely Amazing Service .From the Agents and from the Wonderful lady who's the manager.They know what it is to work as a team .The work is done , takes a few hours , but it's done RIGHT !They are polite , make you feel at home ,They know how to treat a customer , even if they are swamped and super busy they will try to fit you in .Everyone should go to Mobile Klinik , a rare Gem at Devonshire Mall Windsor.Light years away from the Freedom mobile Store .I am currently with Freedom .But the customer service there is non-existent !I'm considering paying More money just because they have ZERO ethic and ZERO respect for their customers !Thank you mobile Klinik again your the best

Amazing.!! Simply Amazing..!! Entered the shop just for a casual visit with no intent to buy anything. I was greeted very well by a gentleman named Keith.So we were just talking about one of my earlier visits to the store when I was denied the service because I didn't have an appointment booked earlier. However, he was curious to know what was the reason of my visit that day and I told that my phone had an intermittent charging issue.I got a really positive response from Keith. He asked me to just wait for a couple minutes. He literally fixed a quite annoying issue for me AT NO CHARGE.Also, this store is the only authorized Samsung service centre in the city.While I was there, I saw some probably used phones in a really good condition at a good price. If I'm in need of a used phone anytime, definitely this is a store I'd be checking out first.

My Pixel 6 refused to work this morning. I took it to Telus where I got the phone, and they couldn't fix it, and recommended I go to Mobile Klinik-within a few minutes Ritik had the phone working again. He knew what the problem was right away, and quickly solved it. Now that I know about this place, it will be my first stop, should I ever need phone repairs. Ritik was very plesant to do business with, and extremely knowledgable- he didn't have to play around for hours- he knew exactly what to do! Wonderful service.
