Orangeville Home Hardware Building Centre
Bought a nice lawn chair for my parents and the staff was amazing. They were able to track down the chair and put it aside for me because there was no way it would fit in my car. When I returned with my fathers SUV they were quick to help load it but it still wouldn't fit. The manager then helped setup their truck to deliver for a fair price and they dropped it off at my parents house. My Dad mentioned how they communicate well and were friendly when unloading it from the truck.Thank you! This all worked out for a great 50th anniversary gift

First time we finally visited this store and we were very surprised and pleased with the store. There is a broad range of items that I didn’t expect, from unusual decorative items, to beautiful kitchen showcase. Variety of building material too so it’s likes one stop shop. Really enjoyed shopping here!

Been going to the Orangeville Home Hardware since my youth although it has moved over the years. Present location has been a couple of decades at least. Nicely organized and anything not in stock can be gotten from warehouse in St. Jacobs in a few days. Beats the crazy across the street at Home Depot.

Usually enjoy shopping here but today couldn’t be more disappointed. Asked at the lumber desk where to find a latch for a screen door a very nice gentleman said yes we have those this girl here can show you exactly where they are. Described what we wanted she made no attempt to help us, wouldn’t even show us to where we should be looking. She said She would need to see the exact one we are looking for, we’ll now if we had that we really wouldn’t be looking to buy one now would we. This girl needs some customer service training. Couldn’t get out of this store quick enough, if you’re having a bad day go home it reflects on the whole store/establishment.

Helpful staff, not like the other guys that just ignore you because they always prefer to keep busy interacting with their colleagues instead of the customers that pay their wages.I always prefer the smaller small town feel" over the big box stores."

I just purchased one product and then I noticed I have been charged for something that I never purchased...they charged me for box of cashew..ok. I think accident happens...but when I get tomorrow to store to get my refund, I notice by every single register , there is few boxes of those cashews???Now I understand why this happened...one accidentally press on scaner and cashew appeared on your bill ,$ 7 64 ...if you purchase something of $ 200 you wouldn't noticed those $7.64. I just wonder are those cashew boxes were just like that by every single register????
