not from the area but got recommended here from another shop because i needed a quick stem replacement on my tire as i was mid road trip. I was put on a standby list but was waiting for no more than 20 minutes before i had received a call from them notifying me they had fixed my issue along with pointing out a few other important hazards that passed on by another shop only a week before. highly recommend this shop if you need something fixed and appreciate honesty

Had to get my heat shield fixes .. the staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful and fit me in on super short notice. Only took them 15 minutes and they didn't even charge me! Truly amazing staff and mechanics that you can trust

Had to replace 2 tires tires due to a road hazard this OK Tire location was top notch! Highly recommended. They were more than fair in price and had the time o new tires replaced in under an hour. Extremely professional and polite. Clean friendly waiting area.

Just moved to Parksville and had a breakdown with the muffler. Another company recommended OK Tire and took the car in Fri a.m. and hoped to get an appt Mon. Richard suggested to leave it and see what they could do. Got a call shortly thereafter with a diagnosis, part came in same day and we got the fixed car an hour later. So efficient, prompt and very friendly staff. Even cheaper than the quote. Highly recommend OK Tire!

Lift kit, wheels and tires installed on my Jeep. Good communication, on budget, reasonable price and quick turnaround. Mechanic was conscientious and thorough fixing a few unexpected issues found during the process. The front staff are very good to deal with.

I took my 4 tires in to be mounted on rims, I picked them up and paid for the service. Once installed on my car, one leaked flat. I took the tire back the next day and they repaired the problem, which was the label on the tire itself and then was asked to pay for the service again....I said not a chance" and I asked to speak to the manager and this person informed me that he was the manager...I again said I would not pay for the service twice and he began yelling at me and swearing...I took my tire and left without paying and told him that he was a bad manager and promptly called the head office...heads up! do not do business here!!!!! Fair Warning!!"
