I was evicted because they couldn't wait two weeks. I had pest control there 12 times in 6 years. Ever since new management took over it went down hill.I lost power to half my kitchen when the electrician took off the plate cover roaches flooded out I never had a chance. I also know that there is a class action in the works . But karma is coming

I stayed in this apartment for last 4 years, really I didn’t see such a quick turnaround for service calls anywhere. I appreciate 310-MAXX representatives for their appropriate and timely updates. Especially Sylvia from leasing office helped a lot during the move, very friendly and supportive all the time.

1780 has a huge cockroach problem and when brought up to office they act surprised even though they know which apartments are infested. There are cockroaches everyday in the halls, garbage room and laundry room. Landscaping is ALWAYS done in the morning and wakes everyone up.The super at 1790 Ronie was fired for looking into a tenants window on an evening.In all, when something has to be repaired the building is speedy, but everything else I think they need professional help.Edit- now the building is infested with mice. Do not more here. We are paying over 2000 for mice!

Goldengate apartments is really great. I have lived here for 2 years. Office staff and management are really helpful whenever i have any problems. The manager Ms. Wylde takes time to speak with the resident and Silvia leasing agent is very friendly.

Silvia was absolutely amazing! As soon as I submitted my application online, she called me within 24 hours. She was great at communicating every step of the way, she kindly guided me & my partner through everything, provided all the necessary information we needed, etc. She was wonderful & the sweetest soul. She gave her best and truly made us feel cared for & well taken care of. Looking forward to moving in within the next months! ☺️

The non-responsive behavior I experienced through leasing has been crazy. I have called multiple times with no answer. I left a message and never received a call back. I also emailed and got no response, I find it very unprofessional and rude to a prospective renter. Some simple communication isn't too much to ask.

It seems like property management and personnel does not consider the well being and safety of their residents. In October my tires were stolen from my parking spot . While I was seeking this property to rent , I enquired about the safety and security of the property and I was reassured that there is video surveillance coverage throughout and there is nothing to worry about, to my surprise my tires were stolen 2 months later. Today, November 29 2021, I parked my car in my designated parking spot and went to my apartment when I returned within 30 minutes all my belongings were stolen from my car. It is extremely disturbing to know that I’m being robbed in my own home when I pay a premium for an underground parking. As a tenant here I do not feel safe moreover I don’t feel that the property management is doing anything to rectify the ongoing theft. Potential renter if you value the safety of your family and yours valuable DO NOT rent here.Property management is you choose to respond to this review , please respond with actions that you take in order to curb these ongoing theft .

The most frustrating visitor parking!! For the 4 complexes you have?!? Found out that tenants park in visitors? Really? And they expect you to park across the street in a plaza? Disappointing. If I can give zero stars I would.Not a selling feature to live here if you have guests that want to come by.
