The staff and the vet were so wonderful. I had to put my puppy Gracie down today and i bawled like a baby and I'm heart broken but they were wonderful to me but especially to her!

We brought our dog in who was nearing the end of her life. Everyone was compassionate gave us time and space to say goodbye to our sweet girl. They were incredible to us through this hard process

Our puppy is six months old and had a baby tooth that was not falling out on its own. It had turned black and a piece had broken off, so we were getting concerned. We made an appointment Friday to see the Doctor on Monday. We determined that the tooth needed to come out. They squeezed us in the next day! They had to put her under to pull her tooth and she needed a couple of sutures as well. The staff were kind and compassionate, the Doctor was kind and very thorough. I definitely recommend these folks to care for your furry family members!

I have taken my pets here for years, the service is exceptional. The staff is very friendly and also very compassionate, we have had to put two older pets down and shortly after we received beautiful sympathy cards. Whenever we go there if you have any question, you never feel rushed or like you are taking up their time. I highly recommend this clinic it is a 5 star Clinic to our family.

took this cute little monster there. the vet was so great. very patient and non aggressive which is so important in dealing with Chows. Will definitely bring him back along with the rest of the pack. Even Chewey walked out happy and bit no one.

I brought my dog here to get his paw examined. The vet literally looked at it for a few seconds and suggested I washed it with a surgical scrub that I should purchase from them. She also recommended that I buy PURINA (a very horrible brand of kibble) to switch my dogs diet.I paid them $100 for the two second examination and $30 for the surgical scrub that did nothing.A year later and my dog still has what I think is a cyst on his paw and I find out that it could be cancerous!I emailed them and asked them to properly examine my dogs paw since they couldn’t be bothered to the first time and they said they would but I had to pay again. Why would I pay again when I already paid for something they were supposed to do?They were heartless and seemed to only care about money. She didn’t even care about my dogs paw. I hope no one ever uses them again and they go out of business.

LOVE THIS CLINIC!!!! I live in the city and drive to Strathmore just so they can treat my babies! I Can’t say enough great things about them!!! And I highly recommend them to everyone!

We love how they get down on floor and talks to our dogs. Like real patients.. friendly and polite. But costs could be cheaper

I have had always had a great experience with the team at strathmore vet. My dog loves them and he’s been here many times in his short life (he might be faking it because if I say vet he gets excited) but today was the first time I brought in my cat and I was blown away. I was an emotional mess and they made time for us, checked out my cat right away, and made sure we were both doing better when we left. I LOVE this team and will always recommend them.

Thank you very much for helping today ! Vet was busy and they still found the time to look after Samson ( my cat ). The hospitality is much appreciated.
