I’ve been very pleased with the trailer I bought a couple of years ago. I’ve used it steadily and for every imaginable purpose, and it’s stood up well.I recently had to replace a couple of lenses for the running lights and couldn’t find them anywhere. So I called trailer world. Even though they were temporarily closed they took care of me. They sent the lenses to me by mail, no charge. Great service!

J.P. Cross is a great person to deal with. He is very knowledgeable on the products he carries and is willing to explain how certain things work with cargo trailers and the like. The products all appear to be very well-made and the price is on par or better with other dealers. I absolutely love my new trailer and look forward to putting it to good use. Trailer World provided us with the exact trailer we needed. The product was high quality and arrived sooner than expected during COVID times. Took $20,000 out of the bank, drove down there yesterday, gate was locked, called and no one answered. Drove to Truro and bought a trailer there instead.

Asked a question in the simple contact us box on the website, hoping to go over details via email, and verbally got my head chewed off. J.P. had no urge to help me with my inquiry and frankly I wonder how he gets any business at all talking to potential customers the way he talked to me.I've never in my years in business ever been talked to the way he talked to me. He is extremely unprofessional in business and I definitely will not be recommending Trailer World to anyone. He even insinuated he didn't need any more business, so I guess I will take mine elsewhere.
