We had two wonderful experiences with Tristar. We had problems getting cold air to the second floor of our home. Everyone else told us we just needed to replace the air conditioner. Tony and his team came in with cameras and special instruments to measure air flow. It was discovered that we needed to replace some of the ducts as opposed to getting a new air conditioner.This year we asked Tony to replace the air conditioner. I contacted him on Monday and we had a new one installed by Thursday.Lastly, we had a Nest thermostat that we had purchased but never found someone to install we asked Tony and on Friday he was there installing our Nest.One of the best experiences we have ever had with trades.Mike Sharp
