Steve was very accomodating, punctual and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly when he did work for my place. He put up curtain rods, assembled furniture, put on specific locks and put in the extra time to make sure they worked as they should. I would highly recommend him, for anything you need and will certainly use his services again.

4 week estimated job. Took 9 weeks to complete. Came in double quoted labor bill. Refused to come finish job until completely paid out. Left dings in the walls in the brand new remodel. Would not recommend.As I can't add a further comment, I will edit my review. Obviously your phone did not help you with the math on the dogs as we were down to 3 by the second day of the job nevermind the fact that as long as we were aware you were coming, they were outside.As well, this was made public instead of contacting you directly as you stopped responding to me weeks ago. Never were increases in charges to the changes in scope discussed, as you never responded to that question either.My apologies for ordering glass from a local company, at 2/3 the price when the recommended Wayfair canceled the glass 4 times and that was required in order to get the glass here in the required (irrelevant) timelines.

We asked Steve and Christy to customize all our upstairs closets. We are very happy with the results! Our new bedroom walk-in closet is our favorite room in the house now! They were on time, professional and easy to work with.

I hired Steve to help finish my basement. He helped me come up with a plan and went right to work. I wanted to make it look like the rest of the house, so I found baseboards and doors to match on Kijiji. He did a great job, considering the material I gave him to work with. He finished around the windows also and installed the ceiling tile and floors. 2 years later, I still love what he did. Thanks Steve.

We desperately needed a new deck and contracted Steve to replace our old existing common standard wood deck with a new existing common standard wood deck. We'd had a couple of similar price quotes and decided to go with B3 due to their availability working well with our schedule. We cannot say enough how very pleased we were with the gorgeous deck that they built for us!!!!!! It cost the same as your standard wood deck but looks nothing like it!!! Great work ethic and very well built and sturdy product. Passed inspection with flying colours. Everyone has commented on how awesome our deck looks! Would definitely recommend and will definitely hire them again in the future for any other major projects. Thank you again B3!

I had started a total home renovation project about 4 years ago. Like most DIY renovations, it stalled at about 90% completion. I finally decided to stop waiting on my own inabilities and hire a much more competent and skilled renovator. Boy did I ever choose the right one. Steve came over the next day and quoted me for the project I had requested. Upon seeing some of the other unfinished projects in my home, Steve asked if Id like to have him finish them up. I jumped at the chance and couldn't have been happier that I did.Steve was hard at work for 5 days in my home and finished everything! Baseboards, Painting, Tiling, Flooring, Trim, Doors, Caulking, Drywall and much much more. Seriously, he can do pretty much anything. Anything he can't do, his wife will come and help out, and/or his kids. They were all here working hard. Great family business. I honestly noticed little things for the next little while that Steve had fixed without me asking or even realizing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a little help with major or minor projects. His help is invaluable.Pricing was fair, work was done promptly, finished product was of the highest quality and they are genuinely good people.Choose Steve and his family, you wont be disappointed with the work or with the workers.

I decided it was time to finish my basement and chose B3 as my contractors. They did an amazing job and created a fantastic living and working space for me. As with any renovation, there were bumps along the way, but Steve laid it all out and offered solutions that would keep the vision and stay within budget. They had great communication if there was any issues with materials and were always available to answer my questions. I have zero taste when it comes to interior design - so they helped a lot when it came to the details like tile color, finishing, etc. and I loved everything they chose.

Steve and Christy did an excellent job with our downstairs bathroom renovation. They were prompt, honest, friendly and very professional. If we need more work done, we will be calling them for sure and would recommend them for your home renovation needs.
