I have recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla from this fine Car Dealer. They were very nice to deal with. I had told them I would need to get winter tires right away. They did help with the price of the car which did help me get the tires I needed. Thanks again guys for working with me on this. On the day I picked up the car we went over a few things to make sure everything was good to go: like making sure the AC was working properly and all the windows work properly etc. They even put in a new battery as the one they tested was a bit weak. However... on the drive home which is a 75km drive to the Niagara area, everything seemed to be fine until I started to brake while exiting the highway. There was a vibration in the brakes. I know that feeling as my wife and I have two, 2012 Corollas and mine was destroyed in an accident. Anyway back to the brake issue. I could tell it was in the rear drums. I called Feeras and explained to him the issue. We came to an agreement that I would replace the drums and he would reimburse me the cost. Otherwise I would have had to bring it to them for the replacement and that would have been inconvenient to drive all that way when I am capable of doing the job myself. Thanks for working with me on this issue. I would recommend this fine establishment to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks to the team for everything. A very satisfied customer.Bill
