We Fix Fireplaces

I am so glad we have 2 gas fireplaces in our home. Our furnace recently stopped working. We weren't able to get the furnace fixed for almost a week so we kept the fireplaces running in thermostat mode and were able to keep warm till the furnace could be fixed. We got our fireplaces from Kelly and Scotti and so glad we did. Get a fireplace from these guys it's worth it!

We had a great experience with We Fix Fireplaces. Of course ours quit working at the beginning of thier busy season, but we did not wait very long for service in Wisconsin Rapids. They communicated well on when they would arrive and went above and beyond what was expected to service our 19 year old gas unit. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing service and will definitely be calling them when the time comes to replace this older unit. Thank you so much!

This company left me waiting for their services three weeks. When I received a call they asked me if I would be home the next day. I did have plans but aborted then to get my fireplace fixed. I was told it would be in the afternoon. Sat around all day. Crickets. Tried messaging and calling. Crickets. Finally left the house at 5:15. Just after leaving a get a call. Told her to forget it. Not a good way to do business

We purchased a $4100 unit from them in Nov 2016 and everything up front was great and it was installed in March 2017. In Sept 2018 we had a storm with heavy rains and the inside of the fireplace had a ton of water inside the fireplace shorting all the electrical stuff. Called and they where quick to inform us that this was not their issue and this happens ( I have been a homeowner over 10 years with gas fireplaces and never had a water issue due to rain) The guy came out and looked at it and said we need to replace the control board at $346.00 and maybe a battery housing at $31.00 PLUS $300.00 in trip service. Checked around at other fireplace stores near the twin cities (pricing we thought would be worse) and found the control boards sold for 125.00 at a fireplace store in WhiteBear Lake, MN. Also found that this is probably an installation issue and we will probably see more issues down the roadNot happy at all. Beware. Would like to contact the BBB of Wisconsin, but this company is not an accredit BBB business

The staff person from this company traveled three hours to fix the fireplace in our mom's home. That was a 6 hour travel day! We were pleased with the level of service we received and the quality of the work which was done. Hopefully we won't need to do other repairs but if that happens we will recontact this company.

Kelly came shortly after we called. Super awesome to work with and did an amazing job fixing our fireplace. Even touched up some paint on the inside and cleaned it like new again. Definitely happy customers and will certainly recommend them.

The owner of this place treated us horribly. We ordered a $5k wood stove, and were given a timeframe of when install would happen. When that timeframe had passed, we inquired on the status of our order. The owner (Scott) completely flipped out. I couldn’t believe the way he talked to us. He sent us a condescending, demeaning email, and demanded that we cease contacting him. He somehow believed he wasn’t obligated to refund us our money even though he refused to work with us and we didn’t have the product we purchased. It was an absolute nightmare.
