Belyea Bros. Heating & Cooling

I am just starting the process of replacing my Air Conditioning unit. Despite not having the unit yet (just confirmed purchase today), I wanted to speak to how impressed I am with the customer service.It is hard to find a RELIABLE company for a number of housing needs nowadays. Hard to find people that call you back, show up on time, and give you all of the information you need to make an informed decision.Belyea Bros has given me just that.Jamieson M called me within hours of my request, made an appointment with me the following day. Showed up early for the appointment (waited outside until the precise time the appointment started), and gave me more than enough time and info needed to make a decision. Additionally he was available to answer questions (promptly!!) after our appointment.More than impressed with the customer service so far and feeling respected.Reliable service is with Belyea Bros (and Jamieson specifically).

The diagnostics visit cost me $150 & told me exactly what I already knew. They said I had a leak, which I already knew & came to take pictures & send me a quote of $2200.00 to replace a rad pipe which I already knew needed replacing.I could have sent them pictures ahead of time if that was all they wanted.Outrageous.Called another company, a local plumber (Direct plumbing) come over after he asked me for some photos. Called me discussed the issue & reviewed the photos for no charge at all. They told me what it would cost over the phone & did the same job for $500.Belyea bros are unreliable, over priced & have never been happy with them.Last time they came to work on my rad pipes, ( many years ago)they put in the copper pipes on the outside of my wall. Who does that?

Nothing but good things to say about Belyea Bros. Our furnace died and considering our AC + furnace were over 15 years old we decided to do a combo replacement. They did a great job educating us on the benefits of a heat pump and current government grants. We could not be happier with our Bosch electric/gas hybrid heat pump system.Our installers Wilson and Carter were friendly, on time, clean, considerate and very helpful in walking us through the process and again educating us on how things work with a Heat Pump system which was new to us.If you are looking for top notch service look no further!

From estimate, sale and install, I have nothing but great things to say about Belyea. Jamieson Murray (sales) was unbelievably personable, knowledgeable and professional. He made the process of an unforeseen AC replacement as painless and quick as possible. He was able to answer all our questions, explained our options and help us choose what was best for us. Just had the unit installed and was extremely happy with Mike and Ian. They were on time, very professional and were able to answer all my questions and/or concerns. All around fantastic experience!!! I will be recommending Belyea to anyone looking for HVAC. Great job!

I contacted them for AC issue didn’t even use them because their diagnosis rate was $244+hst and one week wait! I contacted climate experts in Pickering their rate was $69.99+Hst same day there was a cancellation my personal opinion these guys are ripping people off because it’s an old established company don’t be fooled they all do the same work!

Had them quote a heat pump system and while we didn't move forward I was impressed with how thoughtful and thorough they were throughout the process. I used them later for a duct repair and they were easy to schedule and the work was completed quickly and without leaving extra mess behind in the house. When I'm ready to move on that heat pump I'll be back!

We were looking to have our water heater replaced and had received quotes from 5 different companies prior to going with Belyea Bros. The whole process was quick and as easy as it can get. The team members were all punctual (which is quite rare these days), professional and efficient in their job. It took two days to replace the heater and we couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. A big thank you to Steve, Wilson and Carter for your fantastic customer service and work !

A Heartwarming Experience at Gas Station: A 94-year-old man was struggling with a dead battery after filling up his car. It was a stressful situation for him, but that's when Dennis and his friend stepped in. Their support, kindness, and humour truly made a difference in this elderly gentleman's day. I have never worked with this company, but their compassionate and caring nature really stood out as exceptional ambassadors to the company Belyea Bros Heating and Cooling.

Today we had our water heater replaced by Belyea Brothers. The whole process, from beginning to end, was smooth and professional. The two installers, Wilson and Carter, were polite, informative, and very efficient in their work. The installation was an improvement over the previous one. They left the work site, clean and tidy, and explained the workings of the water heater including from a safety perspective. Many thanks to Belyea Brothers for this excellent work.
