Convenient, quick, and affordable.We had an excellent experience both with an annual tune-up at the start of the season and when we popped a wheel (our fault for riding through really rough areas with a bike not built for that). Plus, with such a great central location on the trails, we got to ride the bike home afterward. I highly recommend Wheeler's. Oh, and the adorable dog was great, too.

Nathan is a excellent bike mechanic. His Bicycle Repair business has a well equipped shop as well as a mobile shop on wheels so he can come pick-up and drop off your bike of repair your bike on location.Nathan is very attentive and safety minded. While replacing my rear brake padS he notice that the rotor had hair line cracks on all spokes of the rotor. Had Nathan not seen this and informed me of the defect I would have had a most terrible accident when the rotor failed. While many bike repair shops wouldn’t touch an electric bike due to their lack of knowledge and mechanical experience. Nathan being the excellent mechanic he is, used his mechanical knowledge and offer to repair my rear flat tire which is no easy task for someone with no skills. My e-bike of seven years is again running smoothly...thank you Nathan....I will recommend your bike repair service to any bike owner in need of a GREAT BIKE REPAIR SERVICE.

The service here is very professional and so informative. The service was completed very quickly and very well. If you have any issues with your bicycle I would recommend this shop whole heartedly.

Took my old bike in that needed some serious TLC. I spoke with the gentleman there and he said it would probably take 5 to 7 days but he could fix it and have it back to almost new. I got a call 2 days later that it was already fixed and ready to be picked up. The bike is in great shape again and I have had zero issues. The definition of fast and friendly service.

Horrible customer service and workmanship. Took almost 3 weeks to get my bike back from a safety inspection and hubs rebuilt.($130) Excuse was plumbing problems but oh well. Upon the first ride of the bike I noticed the rear break was dragging and the front hub was loose. Phoned and took the bike back into the shop. Upon showing the owner the break dragging, he replied with oh yeah look your break assembly was cracked when I had it". I was shocked that i was not notified nor warned of this during

I dropped off a couple of bikes to Nathan on a Tuesday afternoon. Told Nathan I was in no hurry just needed a safety check and tune and if any major mechanical needs to be addressed to please call me. Wow, Nathan had my bikes in ship shape" for a noon pick up the next day. Thanks a lot Nathan for the wonderful service at a very reasonable price. Fast, knowledgeable, reliable, budget friendly service. Husband and I took 4 bikes in not knowing what all needed to be done. 2 needed major work, 1 just a minor tune up and 1 a solution to be more comfortable for long rides. Nathan went above and beyond in working with us to figure out the solution and ensuring it would work. Had our bikes back in 3 days!!! Nathan is incredible!!! Cannot recommend enough!!!
