Reading the reviews kind of scared me and I wanted to wait until the items came to share my experience.1) At first the staff wasn’t very attentive and I don’t blame them. They have lots of people just come in to look for ideas and are not really there to buy anything. But once they realized that we were there to actually buy something, not only were they super attentive, they were also an amazing support. They helped us in picking colours and pointing out things that we weren’t paying attention to-such as the colours of the wooden part of the couch. We asked how long it would take for the furniture and understandably due to COVID, they were hesitant but they said hopefully by the end of October. We asked if there was a way if they could try to rush it for my sister’s birthday. They said they will try, but can’t make any promises. They called my mom the middle of October and asked “did we make it in time for your daughter’s birthday?” Unfortunately they missed it by two days, but it was VERY sweet that they remembered and they genuinely tried.2) In terms of quality-what was delivered to us was exactly what was in the showroom and we are very happy with the quality for the couch and dinning room table that we purchased. In fact, we ordered a bigger table than what was in the display room and it exceeded my expectations!In conclusion, we were VERY happy with the service and quality and if we ever have to buy furniture again we will definitely be coming here! I would recommend them 100%
